Hilarious encounter with Pizza Hut... we ordered online and I forgot to add a soda so I called their main number. The first call it was busy. The second call rang for 3 minutes and no one picked up. The third time I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes until someone picked up and said "pick up only". I let them know I already ordered online and gave him my phone number and address. He reasked me 3 times my address and phone number and said we didnt have an order. I read him our confirmation number and he said "ok fine its going to take 2 hours". I then asked to speak to a manger and he refused! Then he started cursing at me when my husband got on the phone to straighten out the situation. Again- refused to let us talk to a manger and then started threatening Dave! We thought we were getting pranked! But nope- its just Pizza Hut being ghetto, acting ghetto, and permanently losing two customers. Maybe the owner should try giving us a call?

I order from this location because it is the closest to me but by no means does that make it the best option. I order online to avoid confusion or disconnections from whatever poorly trained employee that may be on shift. That still doesnt help. If youre told your order will be ready at a set time add thirty minutes onto that, minimum. I have had to wait two hours for two pizzas before and they were still cold. No excuse. Just sad.

At first I was super happy with this Pizza Hut. We never had any problems delivery took quite long but that happens when ordering from a pizza place. I really enjoyed that they put great portions of toppings on my pizza. But a little upset that lately the pizza has been under cooked. I will still order from here. But hope they fix this problem soon.

I ordered there today and I received smart talking and back talk when I asked a simple question. They said they were short staffed and people were showing up to work late and I had to wait to eat because of pizza huts failure to hire good employees. I ordered at 2 and they said the wait will be 45 minutes to an hour and its still not here.

Worst Ive ever seen. Ordered 4 medium pizzas with extra pepperoni and extra cheese a $30 order and it was doughy in the center no extra toppings despite being charged for it. Spoke to manager who told me I could always call papa jhons. No offer to make it right @ all.

My first time coming to this location. I am impressed. Roderick took good care of me. He was very friendly but business like. He did a great job helping me and making me feel welcome. The store was clean and smelled fresh. Ill come back.

Terrible service! !! Called in a pizza at 6:30, they stated it would be 15 minutes. Came 45 minutes later, they hadnt even made the pizza. No apologies, jus terrible excuses! No manager to be found, jus terrible! Dont come here! !!

Order here often but on website, says theyre closed today. Like what pizza place closes on a Wednesday? Google says theyre open, even has a time table for how busy they are... thats live, but phone just beeps and beeps. Ridiculous.
