Absolutely horrible. My family and I will not be returning. Our waitress Argelia had a bad attitude, set all of our food including very hot plates directly in front of our 6 month old baby. She got a bad attitude and asked if we we sure we wanted an order remade after they made it incorrectly. My fiancé stated she had a milk protein allergy, and her meal had been covered in butter and cheese. She returned with a new meal that was literally ice cold. We asked for a side of toast and she did not bring it out until we were leaving, then asked if we still wanted it, even though we had already paid for it. During our service she got upset when we passed down the plates that she had set in front of our baby and grabbed a plate from my sons hand causing his food to spill on the table. All around horrible service and terrible cold food. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Go to Black Bear. Its cheaper with much better service. This was extremely disappointing and a perfect example of what not to do in customer service.

Worst experience in an IHOP ever. I ordered the bacon crusted chicken with potatoes. Supposed to come with a "soup OR salad." The waitress didnt even ask which one I wanted. When I brought it up she said, "we are always out of salad. I was just going to bring you soup." Didnt give us a menu and said its because they give it on request. Employees were cussing on the restaurant floor with kids present. You could hear them talking about "sexual positions" in back. My chicken was rubbery and sloppy and my potatoes tasted terrible. She never came to our table to ask how we are, so by the time she did, we were so over it, we asked for the check and left. Never going back there again.

When we got there, it was a little confusing if you seat yourself or if someone would come to seat you. Someone came out and guided us to a table in the back. It took a while for them to take our order and then another while for it to come out. I took two bites of my scrambled eggs and found a dead fly in them. I was so disgusted I just wanted to leave. The waitress did offer to make another order but I refused. Normally, the manager would come out right away if there was something wrong. He never came out to talk with us and we didnt ask to talk to a manager. This was our first time going to IHOP Sout Hill Puyallup and will definitely be our last time.

Had to wait more than 15 minutes for the drink order to be taken. Then an additional 10 just to get the drinks. When they were finally brought to us the waitress just set them at the end of the table right in front of a toddler. Once our order was finally taken, (two drinks later) the food took so long to come out that my extremely hyper son fell asleep! Then it came to us cold and the completely forgot to add cheese to one of the sandwiches, undercooked the eggs and forgot one whole order all together!!! When we brought this up to a manager he didnt seem to really care... Would NOT recommend this iHop at all!!!

Use to be very friendly and clean when it first opened, upon visiting there was no greeter with an open door (like they always use to) even with the weather being very hot out, we stood at an abandoned hostess station for several minutes before a waiter had to come over and seat us. Sitting down there wasnt enough silverware, had to wait for that, and the waiter wasnt very friendly. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable even being there. Music is also too loud.

Food was good, our server TINA was fabulous, great sense of character and always on point with her guests. BUT!!!! Something caught my attention that I wasnt happy about, a guest drops his knife on the floor and one of the server just walked up and ask him if he wants another knife of course he said NO but she put the knife back on the table.... But so far my table was awesome THANKS TO TINA THE SERVER

Ugh 30 min wait for our food, however is busy cause of the holidays. The food is delish and Everyone kept a smile despite the amount of work they had going. My food didnt come as I ordered unfortunately, still waiting for my side that I requested. Disappointing..But oh well. Overall, OK good old Ihop.

There was a horrible waiting period, waited for gir at counter to ignore us and help somebody behind us that just walked in. She was very snobby. Very unfriendly staff, just a bunch of ugly glares and being ignored. Will never return to this branch of Ihop will drive out of my way for another location.

Awesome service. Ordered the strawberry and orange crepes with the two eggs , bacon and hashbrowns. Was expetung it to look like thw pic on the menu. Eggs and hashbrowns and bacon looked great. Crepe was not wven half the size in the picture, very disappointed in that!!

First IHOP my aunt took me to was in SeaTac, WA USA . As an adult, mother, and wife,. I live in Puyallup, WA USA and theres brunch, lunch, and dinner now. It one had cold blueberry soup. I prefer vegetables in my soup... I was 9 then. 35 years later, I still like IHOP.

We were there during lunch and even though there was quite a bunch of people the staff kept up with the demand and had a pleasant attitude. Our server, Mary, was kind, pleasant, attentive and thorough. Would definitely eat here again. And again. And again.

So awesome. We came for my birthday. Our waiter was Tony. He was so amazing and the restaurant was clean. The food was super yummy and well cooked. The water was SUPER yummy. So pleased with it all. Thank you Ihop for my yummy birthday food and great service

Great place for brunch (breakfast and lunch) and family visits. Comes with a variety of items to choose from. Enjoyable for everyone exept vegans: everything here is an animal byproduct. No ignorant families here. 10/10 would come again.

Long lines and the staff messes up the order of the wait list. Went there with a party of three and the lady behind me also had a party of three but she got called before me. I asked about this but they couldnt give me an explanation.

Been here a few times lousy every time no wont be back slow service lousy food biscuits and gravy should be easy The hashbrowns were the best looking thing on the plate but still tasted terrible how can this place stay in business.

The service was great! My steak and eggs.... Not so much. I didnt expect Ruth Kris from my steak, but it was hardly edible. Tasted terrible. My eggs were undercooked and my hash browns burned. Not what I usually expect from IHOP.

Friendly attentive staff. Food came fast. Love the kids eat free deal. Mac and cheese portions were too small for our kids so we ordered some mozzarella sticks and it filled them up. They also offer a military discount.

We went on Wednesday 5pm and the food was horrible! I never had an experience that bad the steak was rare when we asked for medium rare the sirloin tips didnt even taste like meat and dont get me started on the eggs
