GO TO THE FOOD COURT!!! GO TO THE FOOD COURT!!! GO TO THE FOOD COURT!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUFFET!!! ITS AN OVERPRICED RIPOFF!!!!!! FORGET ABOUT THIS BUFFET!!! GO TO THE FOOD COURT!!! Last week I went to the casino for the first time for my birthday. After my family was done playing at the casino, we decided to go to the buffet for dinner. In my naivety, I thought this buffet would be like those huge casino buffets with the huge selection of everything. Well I was wrong!!! Im STILL kicking myself for not reading the reviews first. The selection SUCKED!!! Ive been to Chinese hibachi buffets that cost half the price that had a 100x better selection of food. There was barely any seafood except the stuffed (Imitation) crab and the iced cocktail shrimp. I thought "Hey, at least theres sushi so it might not be so bad. UNTIL I DISCOVERED THEY HAD ONLY 2 DIFFERENT KINDS OF SUSHI ROLLS. Just yawn worthy Vegetable and imitation crab rolls. You would think that with this tiny selection, the food would taste super great in exchange. WRONG AGAIN!!! Most of the food tasted plain and boring. I can say I honestly enjoyed this pizza, but I could have gotten it way cheaper from the food court!!! My family could have gotten a better tasting selection of food for less money than the $26 per person this buffet charges!!! The reason this review is so long is because I havent felt this ripped off in a LONG TIME!!!! SKIP THE LONG LINE AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE FOOD COURT!!!! BUT IF YOU LOVE PAYING A TON OF MONEY FOR A SMALL SELECTION OF MEDIOCRE FOOD, come along this buffet!!!

Decided to meet up with my sister and try it here for a quick lunch. (7/27/15) The whole experience was ruined by the hostess. After paying for the two of us, which was about $17 a person (a little steep, but hey its a casino I expected it), no one told us if they were seating us or what was going on. The hostess was busy chatting with fellow coworkers. We asked the gentleman at the cash register if we can go ahead in and told us yes. We went up, put our things down and grabbed our first plate of food. The hostess came storming over, as we eat to (very rudely) ask us if anyone sat us because we are sitting in a closed off section. We said no, no one sat us we were just told to go in. She rolled her eyes, and threw her arms up as she turned away. Returning to her post to spend the rest of the time we were there talking to coworkers and pointing at us while we eat. For this reason I will not be returning. Our waiter and all the people bussing tables were very very peasant and kind. The food was a 2 out of 5 stars, I expected more from a casino. As the hostess, you set the tone for the whole experience, you are the face of the restaurant, and the first person I encounter coming in. You have ruined it for me. Will not be returning to feel like I am not welcome.

This was one of my favorite places to eat until this last visit. The menu has been changed and so has the ownership. Along with the changes are the quality! I never eat the buffet because I have trouble standing so I order off of the menu. Well all of my favorites are gone. So I got the perogies which was still on the menu. When I had gotten them in the past they were delicious served on a plate NOW in a skillet!!??? WHo serves perogies in a skillet, the were disgusting! Doughy and tasteless! The waitress told me the new owners were going for a more healthy menu. Healthy is something I can do at home but when I want to go out and enjoy myself in a casino setting healthy is NOT the first thing on my mind especially when it sacrifices choice, taste and quality. Do something fast or just make it a buffet because you menu SUCKS!!!

Just wanted to say I was at your restaurant yesterday for dinner and had the buffet. First I started with the California Rolls...... they tasted like they were made days ago, then had the Salad Bar.... Tasted the Broccoli Salad and had no flavor what so ever ! Then tried the Pepper Steak which was Grissle .....guess that left over from your carving station days ago? Pizza was good though but heard you guys changed owners and the food used to be good.....maybe change your chef...never return !!!

Disappointed this trip. Always enjoyed meals from the menu. Yesterdays trip was disappointing. The meatloaf meal was half the size it was before. Dried out meat. Used to get good portion of mashed potatoes. This time runny not creamy potatoes. They ran out of ribs, which was my choice. Out of ribs already at 4:30?? The new menu just doesnt have the selections as before. Prices up and portions down?? Not happy.

The buffet is small and a little expensive for its size. However the food quality and desserts are well made delicious. Sign up for the My Sands casino card for the discounts sent via email. The price for the buffet with the discount is worth it. Takes 5 minutes to sign up and is located on the opposite side of the buffet

Too expensive, $18 for a double captain and coke? And they said that it was fair.. umm.. no.. mushroom and swiss burger was cooked to well done when I asked for it medium. The burger was $12.95, cheaper than my 1 drink. Wouldnt recommend to anyone til they change there attitude towards there customers wallets.

Never going back to this place again. Hostess did not greet us when we got there. Gave us the cost of the buffet but never told us if we had to seat ourselves. I had to ask the other hostess if we seat ourselves. The food was so over cooked and looked like it had been sitting out all day

Overpriced. Worth to go one time but not much after that. Small selection of food. Not much to like besides the crab stuffed fish and sushi and dessert. Thats about it. I do recommend going once for experience but after that never go back. Terrible place.

My hostess was great but my food was about it I ordered a chicken sandwich and my friend ordered the fajitas. Her fajitas had no flavor and the slice of chicken in my sandwich had a texture of a sneaker sole. Smdh. Glad I didnt pay for the buffet.

We stopped here for the lunch buffet. We felt it was overpriced given the so-so quality and small buffet selection. It would have been alright at $12 or so, but thats about it. Mount Airy in the Poconos has a better buffet with many more choices.

Perfect place!!!! Amazing food!!! We are sooooo much and price was very good! Love the staff! Everybody very friendly and helpful! Special thanks for the sweet Manager Doris for taking such a good care of us!!! We will defenetly be back soon!!!

Giving one star only because it wont let me give zero. Do not waste your time and money complete garbage. Far Cry from what it used to be very overpriced and hardly anything on the selection. Very unhappy and will not be returning.

Omg!!! Absolutely.. A wonderful atmosphere, staff was great, the wine was on point and the food was SPECTACULAR!!!! I will be back soon!! Thank you Steelworks for your fabulous entrée!! My visit was more than pleasant.
