Discrimination!!! Rude!!! Embarrassing!!! Last week we were in line with a couple ahead of us that had a medium size dog, that was NOT a service dog, inside the building as they went through the entire line, ordered icecream paid, then left. Today I took my 7 year old daughter and our FIVE POUND chihuahua puppy, that literally fits in one of my hands alone, to order icecream, pay, and leave to eat the icecream outside. There is NO "no pets allowed" sign posted anywhere on the front windows, front door, or inside visibly anywhere!! This is an icecream shop in DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE where it is children and pet friendly, with a TON of FOOT TRAFFIC! It was actually suggested that I leave the puppy outside AND my 7 year old KID outside ALONE so I could order icecream!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! Yeah, lets leave my kid and puppy outside alone to get snatched away by strangers so I can get us icecream?!! In addition, the rude blonde curly haired girl behind the counter was talking across the entire line loudly--since I wasnt near her--saying that I had to leave if it wasnt a service dog! Lets talk about embarrassing as I get kicked out of the icecream shop publicly with my kid and puppy in front of EVERYONE!!! There are plenty of places downtown that have let us run in for a second with the dog to use the bathroom or talk to a waitress to order after I said we werent obviously staying inside the place with the pet, just going to be IN and OUT in a matter of minutes!!! I will be telling everyone about this rude and uncalled for experience! I feel discriminated against, and not just for having a dog! I have many visible tattoos and facial piercings, and the couple last week had no visible ones, and they did NOT get kicked out, and 2 of the SAME PEOPLE were working that day!!!! Good thing there are plenty of places to get icecream!! Freddys actually GIVES your pet an icecream of their own, FOR FREE EVEN!!!

It felt so good in here the Ambiance is super cool and calm but ice cream is amazing I have the coffee shake and my son has a banana split that he destroyed everywhere and I have to clean up the bathrooms are basic but there are usable especially if you want to have your baby parking is crazy but if you find a parking space just walk down to the ice cream parlor Marble Slab Creamery is worth it

Very excellent ice cream quality. The concept of folding in the ingredients really makes a huge difference to eating here. They also do cater to people with allergies. And while they cannot mix in the toppings, they can ensure that your ice cream will be allergen free to the absolute best of their ability.

Awesome Ice Cream. Pick your Ice Cream and toppings. Its not very expensive and is so tasty. They mix the ice cream and toppings on a marble slab and put it into a house made waffle cone. Definitely worth a try when your in town.

The young employees kept it a good experience and smiled, except for 1 old lady. She didnt seem like she was having a good day, which she kinda took out on us. But the ice cream was really cool and different!

Fantastic ice cream. Right in the heart of downtown. Is always busy with people, but generally wait for ice cream is short. Well worth the wait regardless. Cotton Candy Ski Jump is my favorite flavor.
