We were in the area and stopped buy just as the dinner rush came in. I had eaten at the Willow Grove restaurant several times and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The wait was approximately 30 minutes, but while I waited, a waitress offered to bring us drinks and someone brought over samples of the Bang Bang Shrimp. We ordered three items off the entree menu; Bang Bang Shrimp, Scallops wrapped in bacon with mango salsa as well as the shasmi tuna. The tuna and shrimp were excellent. The scallops had an amazing taste. We had a newly employed waiter who did his best to keep the food and drinks coming throughout the meal. Our main course were the crab cakes. Im from the eastern shore of Maryland which made me a little hesitant to order them, but they were great. They contained so little filler that they fell apart and the were seasoned perfectly. I recommend this restaurant for anyone willing to try something new and is willing to pay 10%-20% higher cost then some fast food resturaunt like Olive Garden. The wine selection was good and the bar was stocked with any thing one could want. The Friendly wait staff and bar tenders, along with the delicious food made it a very pleasant dining experience.

Our waiter, Michael, recommended the new menu item -Spicy Tuna Bowl. The tuna was flavorless and the avocado was under-ripe. When we expressed our observations to Michael, he took the dish away without comment. Most of our Spicy Tuna, rice and avocado were uneaten. We expected acknowledgment or a deduction from our bill. We received neither. Nor did he apologize or have a manager address it with us. Weve eaten at Bonefish many times over the years and have had an enjoyable and delicious experience until now. Had Michael not spent most of his time chatting with his friends at the table behind us, I would have chalked this experience off and moved on, but Michael was disingenuously patronizing. His service was more like lip-service than good service, unless you were with his friends at the booth behinds us. New menu - prices are up and portions are smaller? Michael recommended the broccolini to his friends but never even mentioned it to us. Goodbye Bonefish. Too much competition out there to waste money and time on mediocre food and service. Thank goodness for our $10 coupon, lol

This was our favorite place to go.."was". When this place first opened. It was awesome, it was clean, service was great and food was wonderful. Slowly, everything declined..the food and service was hit or a way miss. The first times it was a miss..I chocked it up as they were having an off day. The last time and it will be the last time. Everything I ordered or my family ordered. They happened to be out of..which happens no big deal we will order something else..next the shrimp I ordered came out on a bed of lettuce that was gooey brown..and I swear it was from a previous order that someone else ate..I freaked and they gave us free appetizers..that took another half hour to get. Our food came out an hour later..terrible..totally disappointed. I am pretty easy to please..and hate leaving a bad review.. but this place needs to get it together..

The food was delicious. My server was friendly. The drink menu mainly consisted of wine and martinis. The drinks were good, although my fiance was not a fan of the mojito he ordered. We went on a Saturday night, and although it was crowded, we had a short wait and our food was delivered rather quickly. We will definitely return. The only reason I didnt give them five stars is the price. In my opinion, the portions are small. You get dont get large portions like some other seafood chains. I believe a complimentary soup or salad should come with the entrees. They have a great appetizer menu. The Bang Bang Shrimp is AWESOME!!! Besides my qualm with the portions/prices, the food was fabulous and we cant wait to go back.

Took my dad for a special occasion once and the food and service were amazing! The easier was engaging and attentive. We both had lobster bisque and Chilean sea bass. The sea bass may be the best fish Ive ever had in a restaurant. The price was reasonable for what we ordered. Sadly, its way out of my price range for a regular dinner out so I havent been back but it was one of the best restaurant experiences Ive had and high on my list of options for special occasions when I can afford to splurge a bit :)

Great seafood, creative cocktail selection, and fun weeknight specials. We regularly hold 15+ person family gatherings here (with children) with no problems at all. Highly recommend reservations, as theres usually a bit of a wait even with reservations, but you can always grab a drink at the bar while you wait. Strikes a balance between a dimly-lit romantic environment and a classy spot for a work party. Bang-bang shrimp and pretty much anything on their seasonal fish menu is notable!

Its a nice place to go especially for the bang bang shrimp which is delicious and Im allergic to shell fish but I go for it with the bang bang shrimp its definitely worth it I had the Atlantic salmon which was outstanding little pricey but this is not McDonalds or any of this fast food restaurants this is quality the staff was friendly my server name was Jessica and she was great nice patient always checked on us this is someplace I will definitely come back 5 stars well deserved

Went to fishbone for dinner last night & had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly, The decor was lovely, very dim & romantic. I ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer & crab cakes & sirloin as my entree! The food was superb (still thinking about it at breakfast) I live in philly & had to travel about 45 minutes but it was well worth the trip. I will be back very soon!!!!

Disappointed! Food was good, service was so, so. Waitress asked if this was our first time to Bonefish, when we replied, "Yes" she said, Welcome Back". Mold on a flower in my martini. Manager gave us the shrimp appetizer for free even though we told the waitress we had a coupon for a free shrimp appetizer. Bad communication and poor customer service.

Very nice, quiet and great food. The appetizer Bang-bang Shrimp is the best. Tuna Steak is properly seared with the red middle. Chef knows exactly how to prepare seafood. Ive fished both oceans, The Great Lakes and everywhere in between in addition to dining across America and The Bonefish Grill heads my list of fine dining!

The food is so delicious i mean its amazing i went tonight 12/12/12 i love the bang bang shrimp its 5$ and its a great portion for just 5$ i also got the Chicken-Marsala its delicious the chicken comes with this mushroom sauce grade A i tell you 3thumbs up and mashed potatoes were great and steam broccoli it was great

The food was excellent, but the portions were small. The service certainly leaves much to be desired. We had a reservation, and still had to wait over an hour to be seated! Also, our waitress disappeared for over 20 minutes... didnt even come by to ask if everything was okay. We will definitely not be going back.
