Shoutout to Rick Ross the boss for putting me on to this wing joint. They got the best wings in the game right now. My friends and I make it a weekly routine that the guy in there knows us by name. Shoutout to him for being amazing staff. Garlic parmesan is an easy 11/10. Youre just plain stupid if you still eat buffalo wild wings instead of Wingstop.

Would order here once a week for a few months but the food and service went from decent to horrible. The last straw for this place for when I recommended this place as something different for a work event. The food was 30 mins late, cold and not very tasty. Wont be coming back or recommending this place any more

Bought some wings from the Wing Stop in Naperville this evening and we found multiple HAIRS in in the wings and dipping sauce. When we contacted the store and asked for a refund we were told to bring in the evidence "as this happens a lot" is what the manager said. We will never go back there.

The foods great but the service sucks. I waited 25 minutes for ten wings. I would have gotten it faster but the cashier was too busy texting to notice my food had been on the counter for 10 minutes. Even when she took my order you could tell she doesnt care about her job.

Nice place to go for a bite. Im just not crazy about the wait time for food. The staffers are always nice and the food is always hot. A bit on the expensive side for what you get, but again, its a nice place to sit, dine, and get away.

Wings are great... best around. However, it takes forever to place an order. Order ahead on line to save yourself a headache and then show up 10 minutes after the promised time.

Order ahead for wings, however i got chicken nuggets instead. I asked if they sold wings with bone in and was told yes. The order taker over the phone assume I wanted nuggets.

They were 1 1/2 hour late on my order (I received it at 6pm for a 4:30 pickup) and the whole staff was rude to me. Food was irrelevant at that point as the service was so bad.

Wings here are the best. The original Hot Sauce is the best. Much better than BWW iIMHO. Of course BWW has much better atmosphere, but the wings here are better.
