My experience was horrible .... I waited for 15 min while the staff was very slow..They chatted which is fine as long as your making that food. It wasnt even busy to begin with at the location. There were only 5 customers in the restaurant. I get all the way home start eating my burger, that I waited forever to attain and its wrong. I dont understand how you mess up a BACON LETTCE TOMATO CHEESE with MAYO and put all the onions in the world on the burger. Its like did you read the order before messing up on your one job completely. Will never come to this location again.

Five Guys is a good location for a decent burger. Some pros: - free peanuts - large variety of burger toppings - overflowing fries Unfortunately they 1) dont have a kids menu 2) dont have a ton of variety on the menu 3) they are not the cheapest place to get a burger. This location is never terribly busy, they have some limited outdoor seating, and the location is easy to see from the road. The location access is not the easiest to get into...you have to be specifically going to the location.

Never slam packed. Free peanuts. And you DEFINITELY get your moneys worth. If youve never been, order one regular fry for 2-3 people, tons of bag fries is kind of their thing. The bacon cheeseburger single, all the way is my personal favorite burger ever. Dont sleep on Five guys yall!!

Food took awhile even though i placed ahead of time which i can somewhat understand when the staff is somewhat busy. Also my order wasnt done right either to top it off but the staff had plenty of time to joke and play around would not recommend this location

The prices are getting out if control 2 hamburgers 2 drinks fries.1 double 1single burger.25.65.you can go to o Charlies and get steaks potatoes drinks for 2 for 22.00 so i think i perfer O Charlies.Allways liked Five Guys but the prices have drove me away.

The burgers are what I live for! But the fries almost choked me to death and also the cost of the food. Why is a tiny burger 6 dollars? Are you really that poor? Okay, bye. never eating there again until all the food is $0.76 !

Excellent burgers and fries. If you want the best burger served in Douglasville along with the worst music then this is your place. Im not a fan of R&B the music should be a mix of what the customers like not the employees.

This is an excellent Five Guys location. Clean facilities, ample parking, and nice staff. The best burger you can get in Douglasville and for less that $9. Our family highly recommends this restaurant for lunch or dinner!

Loved the burger and the fries. Watch your wallet. For a couple of burgers, fries and drinks our bill was over $30 bucks. That said, you do get what you pay for, the food was great and the service was great.

Super awesome burgers and fries! We loved it. The prices are a little high but you get lots of food. We ended up eating here twice while we were in Douglasville. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
