Im a Detroit native, and was in Columbus on business, when a local told me I had to hit up Cafe Napolitana for lunch or dinner. A couple of colleagues and I went their for a late lunch, and WOW is it good! Pizza is by far my favorite food, and there are many different styles of pizza. But out of all the famous and outrageously priced pizza joints I have dined (NYC, Chicago, Detroit), Cafe Napolitanas amazing New York style pizza tops them all. And to top it all, we learned that the restaurant is owned and run by a super cool husband and wife with occasional help from their 4 kids. Whatever theyre doing, I hope they keep doing it, cause this pizza is ridiculous! If only Detroit was a couple hours closer... I will for sure be back next time Im in Columbus. Go Blue though.... ha!

I went in the pizza shop on my lunch bteak on a Saturday. They close at 5pm I got in there at 15 min before 5.
The greeting I received was like I stole their soul. I f.orgot my packed lunch and there is slim pickings downtown on the weekend to eat. They
gave me dismakl service and pizza.
The pizza had to be at least a week old and they tried to disuse it with half melted cheese on top of the eroding cheese.
I an writing my review on the toilet because thats how it tastes and how I've been feeling since yesterday. I was famished that was the only reason I ate that grease old nasty so called pizza. One star is generous.

Im a big fan of Cafe Napolitana. I work downtown and head there for lunch regularly. Its definitely one of my favorite downtown dining options. The pizza slices are huge, and the pasta dishes are big for lunch too. They also have a nice bar area in there. The staff is always very friendly as well. Id definitely recommend to anyone dining downtown.

Since moving here from Cleveland, Ive been devastated by the typical square cut pizza with a cardboard-like crust that Columbus natives cant seem to get enough of. Cafe Napolitana has saved me! The crust is chewy on the inside and crusty/flakey on the outside. The sauce is so light and fresh tasting. I could eat this stuff every day!

My wife and I just wanted to relax in our hotel in downtown Columbus and this was one of the few places open and luckily the food was good. I definitely recommend the Bruschetta, they forgot to give it to me when I picked up my order but delivered it to my hotel room within 10 mins. Definitely recommend!

The best pizza anywhere near the Statehouse. Packed for weekday lunch. Usually open for dinner until 930 or 10. Attached "Alley Bar" is a cool little hole-in-wall complete with a jukebox and a coin-op pool table. Rear Bar area IS NOT kid - friendly after 7 as the local crowd likes to get a little rowdy.

A large, family run restaurant that maintains a quaint, Italian diner atmosphere. The food was better than the price would indicate, and the staff (family, you will find this out fairly quickly) was very helpful. This place is definitely worth a visit. Im only sad Im from out of town and cant go back.

A white woman who is a staff member there pushed me down and refuse to let me in she said I cant let you in stating that there would be a party comming I guess they allow the staff to push pregnant women or become aggressive towards them this happen 2015 Ill never forget it be I started bleeding

Came downtown for the girls dance competition and was happy to find a place that was open on a Saturday afternoon. The pizza was tasty, the slices were huge, and the staff was super friendly. Im thinking I really need to get here on a weekday to see what its like when the place is really hopping.

This place is great to fix your pizza fix while downtown. I wouldnt call this upscale pizza by means. This is the good stuff. Keep in mind this is also a bar so dont expect a 4-star restaurant. Their pizza is always pretty good and they have lunch specials that are usually pretty good deals.

I recently had the opportunity to stop into Cafe Napolitana for lunch. A great slice in the middle of downtown Columbus. I ordered the lunch special and for like $7 I got two huge slices of pizza and a fountain drink. The pizza was hot and taste great. I will certainly be back again soon

So much food. Two slices of pizza here can knock you out. If you work downtown, you need to be careful about eating here as it could put you in a food coma. Their pasta is pretty good, but if you ordered the baked ziti be sure to call ahead. Great value for a downtown eatery.

Place was average. Would have left 3*, but the pizza was good and my buddy wouldnt shut up about his moscow mule. Bathrooms are NOT handicap friendly, btw. Very small. Barely could navigate with a cane, would likely be impossible with a walker or wheelchair.

A casual place that feels like a family atmosphere. Food (Calzone was what I had) was delicious, and the staff was professional and friendly. Worth the bite, but we look forward to go back and sit down for dinner when we get the chance. Delicious!

Great pizza and daily specials. Huge slices and a cool environment in the heart of downtown. Easy walking distance from most downtown places of work. We can walk, eat, and walk back from the arena area all within a reasonable break time.

Came in for a visit into Columbus, and found this gem in the city when running around. Delicious pizza, BIG slices, be careful when ordering! Also has a bar, which is very nice as well. An obviously popular location for locals as well.

Ive been coming here for years. Anyone ask, "who has the best pizza"? I always bring them here. The employees are great. Dee and Palmo, I love these two like family. Theyve watched my kids grow. Hands down THE BEST PIZZA

Great staff. Homey. Sauces were fantastic. Supportive and positive to requests. Gnocchi Rosa fresh and incredible. Had Gnocci, Rigitonni, pizza and calazone. All fresh today. Recommended via Hotel Leveque (top notch).

A family run business in downtown Columbus Ohio with great Italian food, what is not to like? I go here often for lunch. My favorite is the baked chicken parm followed closely by the sausage lasagna!

Two slices is more than enough! I ordered two thinking that it would fill me up, but I couldnt finish it. It was so good, I wanted to finish it, but my stomach convinced me that wouldnt be wise.

Love it here. Good prices. Family business. You can really get to know the staff.I usually go to the bar in the back. Usually not too crowded and a good place to be able to talk and hang out.
