This was the first (and last) time at this location, our family arrived at 8:35 pm on a Sunday and we were immediately greeted by a young lady (both women working were very rude) that said they were closing and we could only order take out. I have a family of 4 and we tried to order subs for everyone and only three of us could get a sandwich, so we added a large fry to the order, which cost $30.56. We had 2 -12" Italian subs and a 6" pizza sub, and large fry, when we got home to eat one of the 12" Italian subs was so salty it wasnt even edible and nearly made my 10 year son sick. Im completely horrified by this experience, we have eaten at Penn Station for years, including when we lived in Tennessee. It is unfortunate that this establishment has extremely rude staff, and lousy food, because this Penn Station is extremely close to my house, and is without question our families favorite sub place. We will return to Powell for any future dining experience, as for now we are not wanting Penn Station anytime soon, it literally left a bad taste in our mouths.

I stopped in for a carryout with my family today. There were 3 of us and the restaurant had 2 other customers. The woman taking our order was completely rude and unwilling to make a change I requested after I had a question about my order. Additionally I ordered medium fries for us to share, and there were LITERALLY 15 fries in the cup. Then, one of our 3 sandwiches did not have the condiments we requested (onions). The woman serving our sandwiches continued to be rude and we waited 15 minutes for our food when we were the only customers. When I called in to complain about the service, the manager argued with me about how she had made the sandwiches and they contained everything requested. I said, maam Im looking at them and the order is incorrect; additionally theres a problem with the fries. She told me she didnt care if I called corporate, there was nothing she could do. My family spend at least $100/month there. We will not be back. How disappointing.

The food was good. The service was alright. It seemed like they were understaffed. The thing that was really off putting was that the ground was extremely sticky. Your shoes would stick and you could hear and feel it was you walked in front of the counter. You could even see peoples footprints on the floor. You could also see mop lines on the floor like they tried to mop up whatever it was but something wasnt working.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. The minute we walked in we had a bad feeling. The guys did not greet us at all and just stood there talking to each other. The food was nasty, we threw it out ! Imagine bread with one piece of chicken and one tomato. Literally it was almost empty! Never going back.

Poor management. Employees are over looked and under trained. General manager drops food or kitchen items directly on the floor without properly disposing the food or cleaning the utensil. Has potential, just needs work and new management.

Stopped by recently for a sub (chicken teriyaki) and loved it! The caramelized onions and melted cheese made for a perfect combo. Looking at the other reviews, I think theyve made some major changes, I had a great experience!

Customer service was great! They gave me a large fresh squeezed lemonade because it took them a while to finish my Philly cheese steak sandwich. You can even ask for a side of pizza sauce.

The two gentlemen working were very nice and polite. I ordered the chicken teriyaki sub and it was wonderful. Plenty of meat, cheese and toppings. Best Penn Station in Columbus!
