Thanks for the heads up! Rita Gordon with Karen Osborne 3 mins · I dont usually rant but. ... I got a delivery from Perry Street Grill in Pontiac today and upon discovering I had not received my dressing I called to ask if they could bring it back and asked for a refund for the inconvenience of having to wait 20 minutes I was transferred to a person who claimed to be the owner and he proceeded to call me a liar and tell me 3 people there saw the dressing and then said F.... you B.... (I usually dont use foul language) and hung up! Seriously????? Of course now he denies this as if I have nothing better to do with my time than lie on him!!!! I have been a loyal customer there and the food and service are usually good but today.... The level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior was so uncalled for! He acted like i was trying to steal a steak dinner. Needless to say never ever ever ever will I give one red cent to that establishment! Oh and after my girlfriend called him back he denied it stating he only calls his wife a B....! Then offered to bring the dressing! Seriously am I being punked?

Moved down here from GA, being a big boy and loving my breakfast, their food is comparable to Waffle House down South a bit better and more homemade thought. The service though is what I would like to discuss. Employees were fooling around while the building was full of customers. Im not sure the manager knows but Id be pretty upset if that was my business and they acted like this. I understand all work and no play but they had families in here at the time and they were swearing like they were in the streets. Food was great, 10/10. Their gravy biscuits were actually spot on with southern flavor. The hash Browns could use a bit more frying or cooking and a dash of salt wouldnt hurt the flavor at all. Their city ham was great too! I recommend a country ham and if they do not have it, I suggest trying it and seeing how sales go. Support your local business guys!

I tried this place to see if their burgers tasted better then universal & I was so misguided & goofed out of my 14 bucks. The big o is a big no no! No seasoning on burger, lettuce was frail & un-fresh, chili cheese fries were 5/10 but I did have an open mind & give it a try. Maybe Ill get something different one day & thatll taste a lot better but for now Im going back home to universal. Customer service @ Perry street was wonderful though 4/26 around 10pm I came in & the girl was very sweet & professional.

Im from Detroit, and it tastes like good old 8 mile and Gratiot cooking! LOVE the wings with the great ranch and also the corned beef egg rolls are to die for!!! Best service, not rude and has your food ready on time/before on time. Repeat customer, the woman who usually makes my food is excellent. I would rate this a 20/5 If i could!!

The food is always fresh, made to order. Always exceeds my expectations. I try something different every time I go there.(3or4 times a week). I can honestly say l have never had anything there that was just good. The food is exceptionally good. Always a friendly wait staff and great service.

Only real issue is they only offer one refill. Even on water the lady said. It takes about 20¢ to make a fountain pop and they charge damn near $2.00 and only 1 refill. Cheap skates. They burned our food last time we ate there.
