Went here for the second time the other night. The first time we went we were super impressed. It was incredibly busy so we wound up sitting at the bar. The service was attentive and fun. The hot honey milkshake was different and delicious. The burgers were interesting enough and the server made the experience so great we decided to go back. This experience was a polar opposite. It was busy again which was fine, we were expecting that. When we did get a seat they did not give us any place servings. We order milkshakes for three, appetizers, and our burgers. I was disappointed to see they had redone the menu and the items I really liked were gone (hot honey milkshake, duck bacon, some of the burger choices). They forgot to bring our milkshakes all together. When they finally brought the appetizers we still had no silverware, no napkins, and no milkshakes. When we asked the waitress for them she reacted like we were bothering her. The management of the personnel is poor. The work was obviously not being distributed in a way to get everything done faster. The kitchen was noticeably struggling to get food out but it didnt look like they were getting any help from the front of house staff. And the lack of customer service made it worse. Then when we finished eating they did not even ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee they just brought the check. For mediocre creativity with their burgers I dont think I would go back. Experiencing it once was enough. Kind of cool concept. Subpar execution in the Hartsdale location.

Me and a couple of friends decide to come and have a meal, because we had heard a lot good things about this place; that the burger was very fresh and had a good taste. Immediately you enter the door, the staff makes you feel like youre in your own home, there was a wait of a few minutes, but was really worth it. After we sat down, I asked if there was a plug near my table because I want to charge my phone, the waiter was not very sure where was one, so he went and ask the manager,the and the manager found one, that was very thoughtful of them, even though the the nearest was a bit far, so I could not charge my mobile. Food: I order the Country Bacon: is a Beef Burger, that had sharp cheddar, country bacon with green leaf lettuce, tomatoes some raw red onions and mayo in amulti-grain roll bread. Food was great and our server was very attentive and catered to all our request and needs. My burger was cooked perfectly Medium, I had some fries on the side, they were great and I love the fact that everything was so natural and very fresh, the portion of the fries was so big that I could not finish it all.

We all have a slightly different experience...fine...sometimes we catch staff on bad days, and it comes through - but the fact is, its a good establishment, organic meats, good tasting and fair. Yes a bit pricey, but considering what you would pay its actually cheap compared to others. The staff was nice, greeted me with a smile, got my order in right away (for take-out) and completed the order within 10-15 minutes of wait. The food tasted just as good as if i were to eat it there even with a drive away. So go in with an open mind - try the brewed ginger ales! Try the roadhouse burger...fries, w/e...The brisket is great too.

Much like the Bareburgers in Manhattan, this location is put together with a wood finish and statues of bears about the place, along with their kitchen utensil chandeliers. The hostess is right there upon walking in and seats you immediately (pending it isnt overflowing with people). The serve time is extra quick and the staff is extra friendly and not with that overly fake kindness either. This location is a nice size for large crowds with booth, tall chairs at tables or bar seating. An excellent location with excellent service that I will find myself frequenting more often than other burger joints.

I went to Bareburger on Presidents Day so it was a bit busy and may have been why it took a while before a waiter came to take our drink and food orders. I can say that our food came fairly quickly after placing our order and it was delicious . I built my own duck burger and though the burger was very small for the price, I think it was satisfying and went great with their sweet potato fries and their curry ketchup sauce.

The beer selection is varied, allowing you to choose from classic flavors to more unique tastes. The burgers here are on par with the rest of the Bareburger chain, and by that I mean theyre fantastic. The quality of burgers is top of the line, and the selection of meats and ingredients available to craft your own burger makes for a unique burger for everybody who visits. The staff at this location is friendly and playful.

First time I ate here was via Ubereats. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the food was and how perfect they got our order. Went in person 2 weeks later and they far exceeded our expectations. I had a bison burger on a collard green wrap with duck bacon and avocado. I dont think I could get this burger anywhere else in the world. It was AMAZING. Brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries were also great. Im a fan

I wish I could give one star. My SO and I have been going to bare burger twice a month for about a year and never had an issue. Today we waited 50 mins for a to go order without so much as an apology from the manager, who clearly saw us waiting. Even after 50 mins, the burgers were incorrect (things asked for on the side were not etc). This poor customer service has soured us on the restaurant, we will not be returning.

Food is good - nothing outstanding about it. Service is decent but on the slow side. Prices are higher than an average burger restaurant. I recommend the black bean burger and onion rings. The lemon chicken patties were tasty but not juicy enough. Fries were nothing special. BTW, the ketchup and mustard were not organic (at least it wasnt labeled so). Also there is no honey mustard.

Great variety of burgers ranging from traditional to duck and lamb. Service was decent, prices are slightly higher but good quality. Dressings and sauces were very good. Problem is my burger was very much over done even when asked for rare, pretty bad when a burger place cant make a burger. Better to get a decent regular burger than a half baked specialty burger.

Im on the fence between 3 and 4 stars. The regular burgers are excellent - from the bun to the customizing to the burger itself. Onion rings are perfect and real. But the whole gimmick is just sort of annoying and wears off pretty quick. The service is fast, but theres a kind of hip phoniness to it. And its very pricey for what it is! Very pricey.

Great Hamburger most important, Service was great, rest is up to you, I will be back for that burger over n over tho!! Other similar restaurants in Westchester could use this place as an example of what Restaurant, should be like, Fresh, Clean and Friendly even with kids, loved the experience. Hope it doesnt fade...
