With all due respect how can a renowned establishment and pillar in the hillside illinois have customers in past closing hours at 9:30 pm .I have visited the business and come too the realization it has lost that pedigree that surpass there contemporary very disappointed here to pickup a family member and the employees cant do there jobs all because those in charge cant pass a friendly reminder closing time if soon please get your check please .sincerely a very disappointed customers

You have a very lazy staff. Dont know how to treat customers. They act like they were doing us a flavor. Had to wait to be sitted and some of them were just sitting around the bar. Nobody had the same uniform on floors were dirty. I guess between looking at the floor and the way your staff were looking i did not enjoy myself until i didnt enjoy the food. Will never go on a friday. Again should have gone to the one on the south west side the ORIGINAL one.

Home Run Inn has Fallen...HARD! The pizza crust was brick hard and dry. The cheese was on top like sliced cheese, there was no resemblance of sauce on the pizza. In place of bulk sausage used, an Italian sausage link was cut and placed strategically on the pizza. The toasted garlic were jarred cloves toasted from the cooking of the pizza. On top of that the prices charged were astronomical considering the poor quality of the food. Not ever going again.

Ive been here multiple times. The pizza is good and Ive found the wait staff to be friendly. The dining room is small/medium and my biggest issue is that it shares the room with the bar. Bar patrons have been loud, rowdy, and are sometimes swearing. Not a great experience when you have little kids with you at your table.

Ordered over the phone, said the wait would be ready in. 20 minutes later I arrived, of course pizza is not ready. Waiting room is full of angry people waiting on there food. Ive been here over an hour. Still no pizza. And the manger is running around like a chicken with his head cut off. #neverorderfromhere

Amazing food and awesome service! All of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was brought out quickly and very fresh. Everything was delicious. From the beef sandwich to the pizza to the desert everything was on point. Very happy with our visit!

I ate here just yesterday with my girlfriend and it was great! No wait time and just a clean environment all together. The food was delicious! Along with that the service was great! We had Ashley, and she did a great job at serving us. I highly recommend going here!

Took over an hour to get the food. People who came in after us had their food well before we did. Waitress was very inattentive, and gave us an obviously bullshit excuse about why our pizza wasnt ready. This service is an absolute disgrace.

The service I received at the Hillside location was unsatisfactory. You sftaff need customer service training. I was visiting from California and I was very disappointment. I will not recommend this restraunt to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would. The food there is what you would expect from a Home Run Inn but the dine in service was horrendous. I wouldnt recommend dining there but food to go is fine.

Cleanliness of the dining area was superb. The waitress was attentive and the appetizer on hot and delicious. My cocktail was not to my liking and it was removed .
