Im not sure of the womans name who just helped me, but it is very apparent she is very angry at her job. She interrupted me through my entire phone order, hung up on me while I was speaking, rushed me through my checkout upon pickup, made nasty side comments as if I was somehow being an inconvenience simply because I had placed two large orders, insisted on showing me all of my food in each box with the nastiest attitude ever (said she and her boss had "just got into it" over this), threw my food around, and as I walked out the door yelled afyer me "its ALWAYS A GREAT DAY AT BDUBS" and slammed her register. She was tall, had glasses, short dark very curly hair. I hope she finds some inner peace.

Gave fried pickles that werent fried. Waited 20 minutes for new ones. Cold wings. Poor costumer service. The only good thing was unlike most bdubs they actually covered the wings completely in sauce. Ive been to a lot of buffalo wild wings and always enjoy it, bit this is the poorest experience ive had at one. Bartender was gone for 10 minutes when we arrived. Smelled cigarette smoke on her when she came back....and no one was at the bar. Cover them or dont go smoke.

The wings were plain, no barbeque sauce enough. The waitress just left, nobody was attending our table for over 30 minutes, no refilling to our drinks, no chance to order dessert, the place is not exactly "clean". My previous experience in other BWW have been outstanding and delicious, but this one. Wont come back

If somehow you still have never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, its your run of the mill sports bar with wings and burgers. Their wings are pretty good quality, but nothing to write home about. The best part of BWW is their sauce for the wings. Try the mango habanero if youre adventurous with spicy foods.

Been here at least once a week for the past 1.5 years. Almost always great food and service. Did have one issue, but the manager John took care of it promptly and professionally. Highly recommend this location, has beat the other 4 locations Ive been to in Columbus time and time again.

The worst customer service ever. If I could give then 0 stars I would. Apparently asking for something on the side is considered a modification and youll get denied service. Ill gladly go somewhere else that appreciates my money.

Great food and service from the front of the house. The kitchen can get busy and food to table can be slow. Dont be discouraged! Beer is ice cold, plenty of TVs and a great atmosphere. Very clean! Have fun

We had a great evening here. My friend left his wallet on the table, he didnt notice until Monday morning. I went to pick it up and Evrything was still in it including his cash. Awesome place.

Watched the Buckeye Bowl game here and honestly not a great atmosphere. Service was pretty bad too. Maybe they were Alabama fans, I dont know. Go to a different sports bar if you can.
