I was speechless at the bad service I received from this place. Placed dine-in order at the same time as two other friends. They all received their food while I proceeded to wait on mine. Was told it was coming out soon. 30 mins later, still no order. Friends have been finished for a while at this point. Went up to the counter to ask again where the order was, explained how long Ive been waiting and asked for a refund. Lady behind the counter proceeded to process the refund because she said I had been waiting for so long. While this is all happening my order finally comes out. They hand me my order, she hands me my refund and I go to sit down. This is where it gets embarrassing. She proceeds to raise her voice at me asking where Im going with my food. She said you just got a refund, you need to pay for that! Im absolutely beside myself, my friends are getting embarrassed, people are watching. I defended the fact that my order was placed almost 50 minutes ago but she still demanded I pay or give it back. Avoiding it getting any worse, I hand the food back and walk out. Im still shocked that this played out the way that it did. At what point is it reasonable to confront customers like this? Very disappointing service.

This might be my favorite place to eat in Columbus. The food is very delicious, you get a lot for the price, and most calzones are generally healthy compared to other places you might eat out at. For that I will give it 5 stars. I have been dissapointed lately as some of my orders have been missing things or had the wrong ingridients. Ex.. mushrooms were left out, jalapenos were put in instead of banana peppers. However it is still my favorite place so I am still giving it 5 stars. I order it so much, mistakes will happen every now and then anywhere you go.

Called to order two calzones at 7:00pm, and was told they would be delivered within an hour and a half. Come 9:00pm, I call to check on the delivery, and Im told the food is made but hasnt even been sent out yet. Come 10:30pm, I call again, and am only told the food has been sent out and should be delivered soon. 12:00am, five hours after I ordered the food, I had to call to cancel the order because I was more tired than hungry at that point. Not sure how the food is, wish I got to try it, but no reason any order should take five hours like that.

I ordered late on a Saturday night and never received my food. This establishment receives a rush after the bars close, so no one should expect a timely delivery past that time. That said, not receiving food is troublesome. This alone does not merit a low star rating. Lost orders/mistakes are common and entirely understandable, but this should be approached with some level of courtesy from the customer as well as the establishment. I did not receive this courtesy and was rudely offered my order the next day.

I cannot express enough how much I love D.P. Dough! I still remember how excited I was when I heard that we were getting one here because that was the only to miss about my home town. After all these years it still tastes great! Fresh ingredients, tons of yummy calzones to choose from.

terrible service, rude employees. called after an hour and half of waiting on my food and the girl I spoke to on the phone said they dont even have a delivery guy on the shift until another 20 minutes. didnt even offer a discount, poor customer service!

This place is great, the employees are really funny and the counter girl is cute. The calzones are usually delivered within an hour even on busy game nights. If you want your food faster though you should def order before the bars close. 5 stars.

The food is great. So many different options and flexibility with menu choices. If youre looking for a late night spot this is it. Wish they were open a little sooner than 5pm but they make up for it by staying open as late as they do.

LOVE DP Dough however I do not love the hours. I driver from Pickerington for their food however I would love if they were open for lunch on the weekends so I didnt have to wait until the evening to drive up.

Their kitchen needs clean. Very dirty. Thay have Mold growing in the walk in. They Have scum build up on the walls by the Dish Area and they dont detail clean at all. Very minimal done

Always slow. Stay away from the calzones unless you want GI distress. If its 2:30 in the morning and youre in the north part of the Short North itll do.
