Worst customer service ever my best friend brought me to this Waffle House to show me a good time because Im from Cincinnati Ohio and the experience was everything but delightful the crew looked agitated and upset that they had the work some of them was very rude an unpleasant we still placed our order it took them forever to clean a place for us to sit down and enjoy our food once we did so our food took forever I was with a party of one which is my best friend her food came out before mine and my food still ended up being cold when it was given to me she finished before I did and we didnt get our waffles until after we finished our food and was ready to leave I would never ever recommend this Waffle House to anyone I hope corporate gets it together because I would hate for them to lose a long-time customer

My family and I went to waffle house for fathers day. Little did we know that we were going to get horrible service. Our food was late and not only late it was cold and raw. My scrambled eggs looked like soup and my bacon was raw. One of my sisters ordered sausage and it was completely burned. My other sister never got her food. The place was a complete disaster there was a line of about 15 people waiting to be seated.People were walking out because they were so angry. The tables werent getting bused and the floor was sticky and disgusting. Dont even get me started on the management team it was a complete joke, instead of helping the employees they were all just standing around like baboons. Personally I will NEVER go back to that restaurant again and I will be contacting the health department.

This is a cheap diner type place. The food is generally on the not healthy for you side of things. If youre looking for fine dining, this isnt it. However, if you are looking for cheap tasty eats and a place to people watch then this is one. Ive eaten at the Waffle House on west Broadstreet, Columbus, Ohio a couple dozen times in over a year. Ive gotten to know some of the waitress and cooks by sight. I feel comfortable here and get a good meal every time. As for the other review about the pecan waffles being legendary I agree. They are darn tasty with a lot of peacans. The blueberry waffles are darn fine as well. Maybe next time Ill have both blueberrys and pecans.

09 27 16 2:00 A.M. OFF THE HOOK GOOD SERIOUSLY :-) 03 15 16 AROUND 9:45 A.M. WOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE ? PITIFUL SERVICE, PITIFUL FOOD. YOU WOULD NEVER MAKE ME BELIEVE A WAFFLE HOUSE COULD BE THIS BAD :-( OMELET BURNT HASH BROWNS UNDER COOKED WAFFLE LATE AND UNDER COOKED WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PECANS YOU USED TO PUT ON TOP OF THE PECANS WAFFLES? NO COFFEE REFILLS BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD Cooks were lethargical and waitress acted like she could not believe I complained. Said she was taking waffle off the bill but she didnt, if she did she pocketed the change out of a 20$ bill? Probably will not be back, first time I ever had a problem in a waffle house, ever!

They NEVER answer their phone and the WORST attitude Ive ever had from customer service. Tried calling for an hour this morning- no answer. My boyfriend went in, waited patiently for 15 mins and was ignored until someone went up to pay, they took care of the person before him. All we wanted was to place a pick up order and the employee that he spoke told him VERY rudely saying "youre going to have to wait we are busy". She didnt even attempt to take his order! He commented that he tried calling, her response was just to walk away and shrug. (I understand being busy, but this was just an awful experience, Ive never had such terrible customer service!)

Waffle House does one thing well: diner fare quick and cheap. But alas, though the waitress meant well, she botched my order (which wasnt too exotic being a server myself). However, they won a star back in that they responded promptly and made it right. They lost that last star because there was a feeling of blaming the customer despite me tipping and being patient and not being angry. Again, Im a server and I know the tension that buzzed in the air. But, all things said, not a bad place for a quick and cheap breakfast. You know what youre getting, you get what you pay for, and thats the bottom line.

My experience at this location was horrible!!! My whole order was messed up and rushed on.. Called in to make a complaint and everyone was laughing about how they messed up my order.. Who plays with peoples food that they spent their money on!? This place is a joke I cant wait til Wilson road reopens!!

Hot, cheap, comfort food. Service was excellent when I was there, but it wasnt at all busy. My waffle was delicious, eggs and hash browns were cooked exactly how I asked, and coffee was hot and she came by several times to top me off, all for $6.25.

I mean.. You know what youre getting. Its just "fine" and the food is just "OK" but cheap. This particular location appears clean. The AC was cranked so high you might expect snow, but the waitress was attentive and I had all the hit coffee needed.

An amazing staff. My mom and dad came here all the time. Regulars. When my father passed June 2017, they sent their condolences to our family. When my mom goea there now, they make here feel like family. Thank you, thank you so very much.

They definitely did NOT give me a free refill on my chocolate milk *wink* but that might have been another waffle house, its hard to tell, what with it being a pocket universe and all. These are the pickles I didnt eat.

As far as waffle houses go, this one is better than most. Daytime cook and 27 year cooking veteran, Mike is one of the best in the egg game. Sunny side up and lightly basted! Good service and decently clean.
