9/16/2017 Let me start with saying, I hate writing poor/negative reviews, but with this experience and with the experiences Ive had in the past with this location, I have to. I had Horrible service this day. Plain and simple. I Ordered online, when I arrived to pick up my order (on time) the gentleman got my info and told me it would be just a couple minutes. I sat at a table close to the counter and waited 10 minutes, nobody acknowledged me afterward. There was a lot of foot traffic through the door and only 1 person at the register along with 3 or 4 on the cook line. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, figuring it was mid day Saturday. After 15 minutes of waiting and no acknowledgement, I went to the counter. I waited at the counter for another 5 minutes, eye contact was made but no one asked if I needed anything. I finally got ahold of one of the line cooks and she asked if I was waiting and what order. I told her and she went to check, they had never started it... Granted, they got it together after another 5 minutes but I waited 30 minutes on top of my order ready time and 10 minute drive. Nothing was offered to me, no apology no nothing. I am very unhappy with this visit. I hadnt been to this location in about 2 years, but it has gone way down hill sense it first opened. 2 years ago the service and workers were top notch, very friendly and very fast/efficient. This time, not at all. Food quality is mediocre, at best. Not sure what happened here but Im greatly disappointed. For not having many dedicated chicken wing spots around this area, youd think WingStop at Northland would be on point. Ill go out of my way to go to Roosters next time.

I called today at 10:58am two mins till eleven and the guy at the store answer the phone and I ask him can I put my Order and he said oh no in less than a min u can call back . Wtf I said so I cant give u my order and pick it up at 11 he said no were not open til 11 . By the time I got off the phone it was 11:02 worst customer service . Ive ever experience. Lol they got me so mad I went to McDonalds instead

Probably the worst location in all of Columbus. Dont even bother ordering online, the requests apparently go into a black hole where no one ever receives them. The wings themselves are fine, but if I get an email saying my food will be ready in 15 minutes, I dont want to get there 20 minutes later, and have to wait another 15 minutes as they rush to actually make the order.

I love the chicken but everytime I order online there is a problem. Twice now I go to pick up my food and the cashier informs me that my order was made incorrectly. Each time Ive had to wait 20 additional minutes for the correct order. The point of online ordering is to skip the wait!! Very frustrating and Im thinking of trying other locations to see if they can do better

The all time worst wingstop in America. This is the second time in less than a week that they have messed my order up. They got the flavors wrong and the amount of chicken wrong. I dont think the workers there graduated middle school. And the food isnt that good. I wont be going to this wingstop again, complete waste of money and time.

I love their wings but refusing to put your different flavored wings in one container is a stupid policy. Luckily this location is thoughtful enough of simple requests to ignore it. Most of the staff is polite but their cashiers tend to come across as indifferent. Id rather direct rudeness. Thats easier to respond to.

I get pretty good service at this location. The manager lady that works there is really friendly and she remembers me by name. Food is good and orders always correct. Take one star off because occasional I have to wait longer than quoted time, but never an unreasonable amount of time.

Never order online! The first I ordered online, went for pick up, my order was still in the fax machine. Second time I ordered, my sat on the counter while I waited 15 minutes. Ask for a refund and never recieved it. Order inside or over the phone. Wings great though.

The food was good not as hot as I like but well prepared. The portion size is small 20 .00 for wings and potato salad.Id go back again when my company is paying .The potato salad was the best store brought I ever had.

Extra oily wings. Always feel sick after I had eaten there. Never feel like this at other restaurants that have wings. Bathroom had no soap.
