Used to be my favorite Waffle House to eat at but as of lately, not so much. Last week our waitress even though she was very pleasent, she thought it was okay to twirl her fingers through her hair. Once I asked her to please wash them she did but found humor in my asking. Now today I go in for a carry out and stand there for 6 minutes before I finally askwd if someone could take my order. This was at 2pm, I guess durning shift change because it was atleast 10 waitresses behind the counter. Then I get all the way home and my sausage isnt wirh my order. I call, phone keeps going to a machine. Finally I get a person, explained the issue and she tells me to come back for the sausage. Lol! I say, no you guys can redo the whole meal. I dont want hot sausage witg cold eggs and a soggy waffle. I consider myself and my husband regulars but noone knows my name because of that I assume noone gives a hoot about making sure we are pleased as consumers. I think Ill give Waffle House Westerville rd. a break for a while because all the others I have visit have been gross in all aspects of nasty.

Usually have no problem with this location and the food. We ordered to go, two identical meals yet neither one of our containers were the same. When I mentioned this to the cashier she rudely asked me if I actually wanted her to fix it. I am not a confrontational person therefore I walked out with one right order and one wrong order. Once I arrived home I also noticed that we were not given any butter or syrup for our waffles and one of our scrambled eggs was not cooked all the way. Needless to say I will not be going back to this waffle house location.

We went to this Waffle House today and had a hard time finding a clean spot to sit. We sat at the counter, and the staff ignored us for 5 minutes, while rinsing dishes, cleaning other parts of the counter etc. Our menus were sticky, staff was unfriendly, and the area behind the counter (our view) was filthy. I gave this a 2 only because most of the food was ok. My eggs were over easy and I ordered them over medium because I hate them to be runny in the egg white. I couldnt eat part of them. We will not return to this Waffle House.

The third Waffle House Ive been in, and the menu and pricing dont change much from Texas to Ohio in the chain. However, here I found the only thing that can drastically change everything. My waitress that day kept me laughing and smiling throughout the meal. Im a New Yorker and a happy person (a bit of a contradiction, I know) and Im easily amused. But than she did the same to two other customers separate from each-other. She was the reason I loved this place. She deserves the five stars!

The prices are always responsible, but I was disappointed in my meal. My entire meal, though it was ordered together, was brought separately. By the time my waffles came my eggs and sasauge was ice cold. Once I did receive my waffles it wasnt even hot.... my husbands food came out the same way and he didnt receive his waffles until my meal was completely done! I was thoroughly disappointed. ... we may have to find a new location

You can complain about 2nd & 3rd shifts all you want but leave my morning gals alone! Been eating there for years & Tina, Pam, Joyce & others are great servers. Food is usually right & eatable. Their last remodel of the building left less seating in a busy place and the seating is less comfortable. Whoever came up with that loosed business plan needs to be sent to live off of bummers free stuff!

Placed an order they left some of my food out! I called to inform them and Kim suggested that I turn around and drive another 5 miles back to get what they left out! So, use more of my gas and time to come back for your mistake? Thats all they had to offer well no sweetie not good enough! Trash!!!!!! Stay away because not only are they stuck on stupid but the service is horrible as well!

They gave me raisin bread instead of white bread they gave me hashbrowns with uncooked not even cut up onions in it and the raisin bread they gave me was smothered in cheese from my eggs I will not be going back

Always a good take out option. I can never get a seat at times. I think allot of people loiter and babysit on coffee and treat it more like a bar then a restaurant. But the staff is always helpful and attentive.
