I made reservations for xmas eve (we had been going the last few years for xmas eve) - made them 3 weeks before Xmas - they called and asked to change my reservation from 6:30pm to 7:00pm - we said OK - We arrived at 6:50 - the place was a mad house - they did not have our table ready until 7:45pm - then they shoved us into a table that was smack dab in the middle of a traffic area - every waiter, waitress, and patron would have to bang into our seats to get by on the one-side and we were crammed against other seats around the rest of the table - back to back with other patrons - then we waited a good 15 minutes for service - the table had no silverware and a bus boy handed us a pile of wet forks, knives and spoons - they finally brought out some bread - but it was just cheap sams club dinner rolls - in the past we would get nice fresh bread, garlic bread, brushetta bread, etc. - not this night! The sprite and coke was almost flat, and the whole pre-meal was a disaster. I ordered a house salad and was rewarded with a pile of lettuce, with 2 cucumber slices - all for a price of $6.00 - we all ordered our meals (6 of us) - and then waited a good 25 minutes for the food to arrive - My Chicken Parmesan arrived, it was 2 small pieces of chicken (looked like it was made from frozen) and a clump of spaghetti that must have not been stirred during cooking - my daughter was served the same fare - My wife ordered chicken sorrentino and wound up with a slab of leathery veal, hidden under some sauce and cheese - my youngest daughter ordered kids chicken fingers and fries - the meal had more salt embedded in it than the dead sea. My sons Shrimp Parmesan made him ill - the only success of the night was my other sons baked ziti - but at a price double that of a diner, so it should have been good! - with food, tip and beverages (just sodas) the bill came to $180 plus - what an incredible waste of money! I did not have the opportunity to complain - since I was never asked how was my meal! so, Ill keep posting reviews and letting everyone know how bad this place has become!!!!!

Ive had excellent perfect meals delivered by wonderful drivers. but...Ive also had horrible meals.. Sunday seems to be the nasty staff who could care less. the food is inconsistent and I ordered chicken parm dinner. my usual...well it was old veal Im allergic to and even my animals refused to eat it..they love itallian. I called to ask if they made a mistake and they were rude. so rude I will never go back...its a shame. the bad customer service is going to ruin their business when they actually have had great meals. Im extremely disappointed in the way I was blown off and also suffered four days of food poisoning from the old meat I only ate a little of. and if animals refuse it...you know its bad. its too bad other itallian places refuse to deliver if they did..this place would surely go out of business. unfortunately. ..twice this happensd yes I gave a second chance we all have off days...but the sickness I went through from the rotten horrid food...Ill never eat there again. I tried to contact the owner himself but was again ignored. so i will never eat here or recommend this place. stay away...if only the other two incredibly consistent itallian places offered delivery. ..its a shame. and after my second experience I found these reviews....it seems Im not the only one with this complaint. horrible place...stay away unless you want to spend four days in a hospital!

This was our first time there. The restaurant was beautiful. However, we didnt get service for at least 15 minutes after we sat. The restaurant was fairly busy so it was very noisy. We were brought 2 large garlic knots and a half loaf of bread for a pre-appetizer. The knots were delicious but the bread was hard as a rock. The food was ok, nothing special. We sat next to what may have been the kitchen and when the restaurant got quiet we could hear the cooks radio over the dividing wall. Our water was never refilled. The portion size was good but i dont think it was worth the money.

The food was fresh, perfectly flavored and I had to slow down to make sure I savored every bite. Had the chicken francese w angel hair and it was delicious. Even the veggies on the side were a pleasant surprise as they were perfectly cooked and accented by the flavor of roasted garlic. I travel the world and experience great food, and Im really glad I passed through Medford,NY today. Great meal guys, thanks.

The place is amazing it has a very elegant dining room!!! The downside is the food who ever is the cheff does not know how to cook their pasta is nasty the only good thing about this place is the pizza other then that the food has no flavor They need to change their chef make the food as great as the place looks and you will get more customers!!!!!

Pizza is alright... But out of convince of distance I came here for a Caeser salad with chicken and it cost 4-5 dollars more then what I pay usually down the road. Mentionedit and was told"salad is expensive". Lettuce and chicken mind you. Never going back even though I did like some stuff they offered.. Ill just take the 3 min ride south.

We were a party of eight two weeks ago and we couldnt have been happier with everything. One couple had a complaint about the Italian cheesecake but the entrees, breads and other desserts were wonderful. The coffee was a fresh pot which means a lot. Hope they sell gift certificates bc we plan on giving our friends one for xmas.

Been going here for years. Food always good. Ask for it theyll make it even if not on the menu. Ask for pasta al dente and theyll do it. Get their pasta special and theres a lot of good tasty food that includes a nice dessert. cant beat this place.
