This happened August 1st 2017 in the evening. I will NEVER eat at this location again. There was a piece of human hair that I pulled out of my mouth from their chocolate pancake. I will say this though, the manager was very cordial and Quick to try to resolve the issue at hand but that still, doesnt change the fact that I still CONSUMED a human hair. It wasnt mine I promise you because my hair was pulled back into a bun and I didnt touch my hair because before every meal I wash my hands and never touch my hair or face when i do (Im a bit of a germaphobe) As soon as I got home though I was still so discusted that I ran to the bathroom and realeased my stomach contents. Sorry if this is TMI but people need to be warned about this. When I looked, there were 2 pieces of hair floating in the toilet that were the same exact color as the one that was in the pancake. I LITERALLY CONSUMED SOMEONE ELSES HAIR!!!!! We shouldnt have had to pay for the entire meal. Seriously, dont eat here but if you do, I reccomend you check every bite before you put it in your mouth. But I really reccomend you dont eat here. I have been going to Ihop for years and never had a bad experience with them. Unfortunately I did and I am so sad now that their name is a little bit stained and I feel I have to proceed with caution whenever I go to a franchise. I may never eat at another Ihop again but we shall see. Doubt it, butnwe shall see.

The food was great! The server, also the manager, Tara K made excuses as soon as we sat down, that she was going on a 30 min break that started right then, the waiter on the other side already served the coffee, after we sat there for 5 min, the restaurant wasnt busy at the time, but the food sat there until the eggs got cold, and the cook had to remake them, because noone was there to bring it! She brought the rest and the eggs later, I waitresses for 30 yrs, never did I explain myself or actions to the customer, they dont care! They want service and food not excuses! The other two waiters, were running around covering her mistakes, I tipped them not her! Bad Bussiness practices and poor service, the restrooms were filthy! Puke on back of toilets, toilet seat was nasty, had to squat! Never going back there again until there is a new manager! What a nightmare! Then Tara K brought us our bill before the food even got there! How presumptuous and rude! Can you be!

Service was absolutely horrible and our waitress seemed to pretend my friends and I didnt exist, as we had to flag other waitresses just to get our drinks, order our food, and make any other requests. The floor was a mess and our waitress, when she finally did show up the ONE time with our food, knocked half my food on the floor as well by accident and left it there for at least half an hour before returning to clean it up - and give me a replacement for my spilt food, which as I stated, took quite some time to arrive - longer than my groups entire original meal. If you want to eat at an IHOP, go to the northside IHOP. Much better service, quality... etc, etc.

I dont expect gourmet service at an IHOP but I do expect to have a server check on me at least once. The food was cold, literally the ham had no heat at all. My coffee was luke warm, and my order was incomplete. Overall my experience didnt reach anywhere near to even mediocre. I will NOT say do not eat here but I will say step up effort, decent customer service is not an unusual expectation. Needless to say for $27 I would of rather bought some microwaveable bacon, instant hash browns, a box of pancake mix, a carton eggs and then put $20 back into my pocket.

Very nice and clean. Ive been in restaurant business 30+ years. This store has a good feeling about it. The feeling that people want to be working there. Food was good, Im not sure why, my entree was very salty. Chicken fried steak and eggs. Hashbrowns and steak salty. I didnt complain but couldnt eat much of it. Just future thought would be the waitress ehen taking my plate should have said " You didnt hardly touch your food. Was something wrong?" That would have opened the door to explain. Just FYI.

This was the worst IHOP EVER I have never been so disrespect in my life I waited with two buddies for 30 minutes to just see our server. When she showed up she would not stop saying sorry. We then got our food and took her 5 minutes of us staring at her to realize we didnt have any eating utensils. Then we went to pay and the chick wouldnt pay attention and over charged me for something I didnt even order. Will not be back anytime soon.

The Colorado Omlette was great. Pulled pork, sausage and bacon, with cheese, toast and a side of salsa. We also ordered chicken fried steak, with eggs, hash browns and pancakes. Everything was cooked well, even the over-medium eggs. Service was fast and friendly. However, we were seated near the kitchen on a busy Sunday morning. It was a bit noisy at times. Overall, good experience.

The IHop in southern Pueblo was awful. The waitress could not remember our drink orders of two waters, a decaf coffee, and a sweet tea. We had to remind her several times. Twice they brought me an order out that was not what I ordered. I finally gave up because the rest of my family was already finished. Their food was cold. The womens bathroom was nasty.

Horrible... Luie or Louis was our incompetent host that skipped us 4 times as well as the couple in front of us with the same size parties. Not the first time I have had poor service here. Its never expected to have such poor service but to have bad service more than once at the same place speaks bounds about management. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I love ihop.. But today i got the worst waitress...barbara..old hag..was snarky..and rude..and is getting a penny as a tip from me...yu know only pretty girls are supposed to mean...fix your life..i wont come back to this location..till shes gone

My grandsons order was perfect. But mine, what happened to mine, I wonder. My grandsons was perfect, with great service, while mine had these bad things. •Bad Service •No extra napkins, jelly or plate •Given wrong type of bread TWICE

Things were ok. The service was standard, except they were blatantly ignoring an elderly woman sitting in the center of the room alone. All she needed was salt and pepper so we shared ours with her. And my ham steak was over cooked and dry.

Slow service and waited for complete order quite awhile had to remind server. No one checked on us. Lots of commotion and staff not engaged with customers, speaking out loud how they couldnt wait to be out of there.

The staff there is awesome especially during the graveyard shift the manager is awesome as well especially when he likes to cause a scene and yell at all of his employees for doing something completely wrong lol
