The service here was horrible! While trying to decide what to order, one of the employees( the person who you give your order to) was extremely rude. My fiance ordered chicken and when he did, the employee snapped at him and told him it would 5-10 minutes because we took so long to decide what we wanted. Then my fiance changed his mind while we were still waiting on the chicken, and when he did, the same employee yelled at him about changing his mind. Keep in mind, there was no chicken ready yet, so we had every right to change our minds. We then proceeded to get our sides and the employee put in the wrong order and had the nerve to get frustrated with us because HE made the mistake. He then yelled out loud while other customers were in the restaurant " its not my fault you changed the order three times! Chicken is chicken!". We only changed our order once. My fiance was so frustrated with the employee that he forgot to order our daughters kids meal and had to get back in line to order again. My fiance then proceeded to place an order and the employee said " you again? are you going to change your mind?". My fiance ignored him and continued to finish the order. This is not good customer service AT ALL. As soon as I can get a hold of management, I will be making a complaint. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.

Food is great but recently went in to get a turkey meal with 2 sides of mashed potatoes and gravy on the side for my grandmother and they literally only gave me 2oz of gravy. I also was asked if I wanted gravy for the turkey which I accepted but also asked for it on the side. So for 2 sides of mashed potatoes and 7 oz of turkey they felt that 2 oz of gravy was acceptable. Hhmmm I think not so I politely asked for some extra gravy after going back to boston market and they charged me almost $2.00. This is the worst example of customer service in the food industry that Ive seen in a long time.

The person that took my order was so busy talking to a friend, that she did notice me to take my order. When she finally acknowledge me she had the nerve to get mad because she assumed that I was dining n when my order was go. She would have known that had she asked me. Then when I called n to speak with a manager I got hung up on twice. Great food horrible Customer Service.

Food tasted good and somewhat hit the spot. none the less it was hot and fresh. The Place was empty around lunch time but that meant fast service. The people working were nice, so no complaints. Only thing that stood out was the appearance inside the restaurant. P.s. prices need to be displayed better so you can calculate better how much you owe from making your orders.

Ive been coming to this restaurant for years, mainly during the Fall and Winter months, primarily for their chicken tortilla soup. It is so good! Abundant side dish selections, and their chicken pot pie is very tasty. The meatloaf is also recomnended.

I love Boston market and not sure why they arent more popular. When you use their coupons, you cannot get better fast food for the price anywhere. This particular location is good, except for some reason they blast the music inside way too loud.

I love the food here. My favorite is the rotisserie chicken. It is flavorful and tender. Side items such as the green beans, Mac&Cheese, roasted potatoes are also good.
