I really was in the mood for some fried chicken, but didnt really feel like going out.. so I was really excited to see this place on the EAT24 app. So I place the order for some fried chicken, then about 5 minutes later get the order confirmation and all is right with the world. Then about 35 minutes after placing the order I get a call from the place with a guy telling me they cant deliver because Im too far away. First he says we are 29 miles away and they have a 10 mile limit. This didnt sound right so I look up directions while the guy is trying to get off the phone with me, and Im trying to keep him from from hanging up while I look up the info. I find that Im actually 11.2 miles away, and I bring this to the guys attention. He then puts me on hold for about 5 minutes while I guess he was checking the info. He comes back and says its too far away. I say "look its only 1 mile and Im sure the food is already cooked, cant you make a 1 mile exception". He then tells me they never cooked the food and he just saw the order. "I tell him I had gotten the order confirmation a half hours ago, how can he just have seen the order now?" to which he just continues to say sorry its too far away. Long story short, they made me wait over 30 minutes before telling me they cant make a 1 mile exception to their delivery rule, which is a mistake they made in the first place (if it was too far it should never have shown on the app)

Very sketchy place, i ordered online got there and almost felt like somebodys living room and looked like everyone innthere was related , i went to pay and the card machine was suspect as hell asked me like 20 questions, i felt as if i had to keep an eye out on my account after using that, and while i was paying,.. 3- 4 cooks came out the back , almozt looked like a human trafficking operation or something lime th8at, I got a nugget kids meal and literally soggy breaded chicked, my son wanted nothing to do with it and had pbnj instead. Anyhow very unprofessional. Food was priced simiar to portillos but you cannot watssoever compare. just sketchy. Never again . Do yourself yhe favor and stay away.

Its really really good food dont get me wrong here, but its only good food if the cooks get it right. Half the time the cashiers forget to tell the cooks to add the spices when you ask for a spicy zinger burger or add hot dip on your chicken wings and the cashiers oh dont even get me started... theres these 2 women, ones looks to be Mexican and one looks to be Indian give so much attitude, especially the Mexican one. When you ask for 25 chicken wings and want to cancel it 2 min later cuz you realize its not worth the $40 for 25, they say "oh we already put it in the frier" like the hell take it out of the frier than like damn.

My husband gets the gyros here all the time and raves about them so I had him pick up a burger for me. He got take out and brought it to our house which is a couple of miles away. The website says "juicy patty" but this was disgusting. Dry, cheap meat that Im not certain is even actual beef...the texture is more like a really bad black bean patty. Then they cut it in half to ensure it completely dries out before you get it. The fries are good and my husband seems to enjoy the gyros so Ill give them 2 stars, but Im not planning on having him get anything for me ever again.

If I say Im gonna get a zinger burger, youll find me here. Definitely the best chicken sandwich or burger or whatever you wanna call it. Its amazing every single time. Also the fries are amazing as well. However you need to eat the fries fresh. Also one of my aunts catered desi food from them once, which I didnt even know they served before hand, but regardless that was very delicious as well. I did not particularly like their wings, or gyro that much, but those are the only other things I tried.

Worst burger experience ever. My cousin and I both ordered the volcano burger, and it was atrocious!! The meat was so dark and weird tasting we were trying to figure out whether it was horse meat or dog meat!! The food sucked, it looked unappetizing, and it left an uneasy feeling in my stomach. I definitely do not recommend this place. Please keep me in your thoughts, as I dont know what this food will do to my digestive system. This place sucks.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch and it was great! There was no one there eating but over the course of lunch a few people came in with to go orders. The man at the counter was very friendly and I appreciated that! My husband ordered the Zinger and I got the grilled chicken sandwich. They were both a bit spicy but fantastic! There fries were also very good and we tried them with some curry powder which was very good!

My wife and I each got a Zinger Burger and took some fried chicken to-go for dinner later. Food quality was just fine, its nice to have a halaal burger joint nearby. Its not gourmet dining but it doesnt claim to be. I was surprised to see the size and variety of the menu, they have a little bit of everything. Alhamdulillah they dont have music playing but they do have TV playing so maybe just sit with the TVs behind you.

Quality keeps going down. Used to like the place a lot. Now I regret going there every time. Their Zinger burger has more coleslaw/mayonnaise in it than chicken. Thinnest chicken possible in the burger. Got their philly cheese steak sandwich and there were only specks of meat in it. Felt like I was eating cheesy garlic bread with no meat. Fried chicken is way to greasy. The management needs to step their quality back up.

Been a loyal customer since they opened in Aurora. American fast food has always been pretty good. Peri peri chicken and zinger sandwiches are awesome, gotta ask for spicy tho. They also sell biriani and frontier chicken (Pakistani food). I just had the kabob combo with rice and its amazing. They expanded in November 2016 and now have seating for 30 more than before.

The chicken was delicious! I have had it twice and both times it was amazing. I like it better than KFC. The owner sounded a little shady. I ordered and said home delivery, besides charging me $3.99 for delivery he also charged me $1 for using my cc. When i questioned that he said " all businesses do that". Never heard of that happening ever.

This place has taken a toll for the worst. The food, prices and quantity were great when they first established. Over time, ownership has changed and they have jacked up their prices, food quality is poor and the service of all their locations is horrible. Im a high supporter of local business, but this is no way of running one.

Nice Pakistani-American burger joint. Very nice ambiance and speedy service. I recommend Spicy Zinger Burger and the Peri Peri chicken sandwich. They will deliver if you live within a five mile radius. Overall a very nice place.
