Nearly two weeks ago- I placed an order, that was a part of a rather large group order. Although it was listed on my receipt as paid- an item from my order was missing. I phoned the store, and spoke with Ryan- a man who identified himself as the store manager. When I shared with Ryan the purpose for my call, he said that no way did he- or could he ever (thats right ever) , make a mistake like that. When I asked "ever?" Ryan with full conviction in his voice stated - it was impossible that everything (over 22 items) that was ordered, wasnt with the order. Hmmm... While I applaud those who possess a healthy sense of self, as Ryan seemingly does - I have to say that, no one...and I do mean no one -is infallible, and or lives their life without error of some kind. LOL and SMH- Oh Ryan, if only... That same day, I phoned corporate to voice my concern, and my complaint. I was told by a very friendly woman that I would receive a phone call from the store owner. Again- that was nearly two weeks ago, and nada. I phoned again today, and was told the very same thing (Youll receive a call from Glenn/Glynn the owner), by what sounded like the very same courteous CS rep on the phone. Well see... #gonearethedays...

I usually never have a problem when I order other than the staff being some of the rudest people I have ever met. But today I placed a carry out over the phone, which I always do because I live 20 minutes away. I ordered a chicken teriyaki and when I got home it was a chicken parmesan. I called to see if I could have a sandwich credited to me because I WILL NOT eat a chicken parmesan and I also did not want to drive the 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back again. The person on the phone said there was nothing they could do for me unless I brought the sandwich back. Which is ridiculous. So now Im out money for food that is now in the garbage and out more money for the additional food Im about to buy from somewhere closer. I will never spend my money here again.

A decent chain store sub, nothing super special about them. Only reason they are getting 4 stars over 3 is because the one kid at the counter suggested I try something and now it is my favorite subject.

Depends on whether the manager is on duty as to whether you will get what you ordered or not. If you walk in the door and the music is blasting, go elsewhere, you are not going to get good service.

Love it....the service was great and they employees were super nice to my girls. It was my girls first time and they loved it more than subway.....great job Penn Station
