Picked up my order within 10-15 minutes although they said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. Anyway when the guy opened the box the pizza looked over cooked and dry. I asked about it (the appearance) and was told that due to the amount of toppings on one side it had to be double cooked. I thought that was strange cause the side with the heavy topping looked slightly cooked and almost raw. At the same time, a weird smell kept rising from the pizza, as if spoiled. Hesitant, I paid and on my way out I thought to open the box and check the pizza again. That weird smell hit me, I grabbed a slice and it was stiff as a cardboard and barely warm (remember, I was 10-15 minutes early). I immediately turned around and request my money back. The manager (Julio) didnt apologize or utter a word and proceeded to do a refund on the register. While he was working on the refund, I looked in the kitchen and a female worker looked at me and smirked. It made me feel uneasy however, I took my money and left. Let me mention that I own a restaurant and that im very particular about food preparation and presentation. After that entire ordeal, I assess that my pizza was an old pizza from a cancelled order, they tweaked and ran it thru the oven again. I wont be back!!!!

This Ledo Pizza location is located in Colesville, MD. The pizza is great and its definitely a place I will continually return to when I have a craving for sweet Ledo Sauce. The service is generally very quick and take-out orders are ready promptly. It can get a little crowded on weekends and this comes with some noise but thats what comes with a great restaurant. Wait staff are attentive and helpful. The subs and other dishes are also quite good. Public transit in the form of Metrobus and Ride-On is located nearby and parking is generally plentiful around the restaurant. The shopping center where the restaurant is located is filled with other stores including a nice dollar store to kill some time in. Great place and great food! A+

Your location in Colesville is in serious need of new management because the current over weight manager is useless and not helpful to his employees. When only one or two employees in a packed dining area and waiting for carryout orders he walks around and may only wipe a table or two max. Staff is understaffed. He even blames Ledo Corp stating they dont have buttons or allows franchisees to have a button to if needed remove an item someone is allergic too from the CRAFT PIZZA section. Wheaton location is much better and will not visit this location ever again. LONG TIME LEDO CUSTOMER. You cant find a better pizza out their.

Order pizza today 4/29 and was very disappointed. The crust was very soggy. Too much sauce. We asked for mushrooms but pizza was overwhelmed with them. The crust I guess was too thin for the amount of sauce and mushrooms on it. Im from New Jersey and pizza here in MD for the most part sucks! Sorry to say. Very few places that we buy pizza that is pretty decent. Ive order pizza from Ledos before and was ok with it. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and the truth was that I didnt. Keep customers happy by doing things right the first time. I will not order pizza from Ledos again.

I went to this location this past friday night. It was pretty busy which indicated to me that I was in the right place for some delicious pizza. The sauce is unlike no other sauces of other pizzerias. The service is friendly an attentive. Very clean and affordable. I plan on returning to this restaurant.

If you like eating this so called pizza off of tortilla chips then this is the place for you. Absolutely disgusting food. Apparently the people who recommended this place have not had real pizza. Ive tried several places around and all have sucked but this place tops the list of bad pizza restaurants.

wooow, this is the best gluten-free pizza ive ever had! I think the trick was to order it "well done". It made the edges and my toppings - peppers, onions, mushrooms - just crispy enough to be amazing! I ordered online and picked up at the store, it was nice and warm. Thanks, Ledo!

I grew up with original Ledo pizza and this one as well. It was a mark of victory after sporting events or good for hanging out in high school. Unfortunately the new management has made it slow, poor tasting, bad mouth feel, and with no service skills.

Good pizza. A friend took us to pizza and Ledo. They do have really good pizza. The crust is different than most, more like pastery. The service was good. The waiter was prompt and helpful. The restaurant was clean and nice. Would definitely go back.
