We ordered original chicken which had so much coating and was so tough, that we were not sure if we had bad original chicken or bad crispy chicken. Either way it was BAD!! The "gravy" was so watery that it diluted my mashed potatoes! It was literally brown water devoid of any taste. Come on people! We visited a KFC in Orlando, FL last month and we had REAL gravy! We were so spoiled - you could OMG dip your biscuits and chicken in it - wow! We went there every day. But in Mineola NY we visit less and less until one day Popeyes will be calling! Sick of the crappy food and HIGH prices. BTW, it would be nice if the agent at the window could speak English fluently. PLEASE instruct employees NOT to PICK their NOSES and hand us paper plates! Needless to say we threw them away without using them! Doling out CRAP to drive thru customers doesnt always work because we get really P*SSED OFF! Get your act together!

This is it. This is the final frontier. This KFC has really awesome staff, gets you out of there fast, has great tasting food, but hasnt been redone since the early 90s. Its a great nostalgic flashback, but a quarter-century too late. If you dont mind this then this KFC wont disappoint.

Most of the time the grilled chicken is too dry from sitting in that cooker all day...sides are also occasionally put in the microwave, otherwise they are cold....
