If I could give it less than one star I would! This pizza hut is f*&^%$ing pathetic. Everytime I order from them there is a problem. Not only with the delivery time but as well as the order accuracy. This franchise also doesnt honor the corporate deals that are shown on the website. I ordered two Pasta dishes as a part of the Tuesday Tuscani pasta deal that is supposed to come with an order of breadsticks. The delivery man shows up an hour and a half later with old pasta and no breadsticks!!! so not only did I order my food at 6:45pm and it not arrive until 8:15pm, but the pasta looks as if it has been sitting for sometime now and I dont have any breadsticks! on top of the fact that the last time I ordered from here it took a very long time to get my food and my pizzas, yes thats both pizza, came with a side order of long black hair!! this place is horribly run. The managers do not care and are short and quick to get you off the phone. there should be no reason why it takes this long to get food with the plaza is literally two minutes drive from my house! 15 minutes walking! if it werent so dark I would walk down there and tell them myself! But they wont be hearing from me again, because as soon as this delivery guy comes back with my breadsticks (best believe I called up there for them) I will never be placing my order again! you shouldnt either. unless you have time and money to waste.

BEWARE: Now, why am I not surprised the reviews/rating are so low, well maybe because I hate this place even though I never had any order go through. The first time I called I was asking for directions basically and the employee couldnt even tell me where they were, he just kept saying " it says in the publix plaza " ....he couldnt even confirm there was a Wendys in front....like you came to work right? Youre not blind right? HOW COULD YOU NOT KNOW whats directly in front of your job location! So I just hung up. I called again and wasnt satisfied with the wait time estimate so I hung up. The last and final call was placed today and Im NOT ever calling again. The lady sounded dry, asked me to repeat my address (like listen up geez) then at the END of my placing an order she tells me theres a minimum of $12 to deliver. Um shouldnt you have told me that in the beginning. But thats ridiculous, is the company that desperate for a few extra dollars, even though it all added up to $13, adding a delivery charge and tax, not to mention Im sure a tip would be expected.... youre gonna tell me since the sum was $10 before it all added up, I HAD to get breadsticks or something else just for delivery, are you trying to go out of business? Ill never come out of my pocket to give Pizza Hut my money ever, Im stickin with Papa Johns. You have been warned.

They delivered my pizza to the wrong complex .The driver stated she came delivered to a complex thats behind a old maxway and I dont even live there and some guy signed of for my food.I told the manager what the driver said and all she can do is say well we dont deliver that far.I told her your driver delivered back there. They agreed to make my pizza again and deliver it but I will never order another pizza again from this location.I finally get the pizza and its cold no xtra cheese and I didnt get my drink.The delivery guy had am attitude.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.................WOOOOOW.....Never had to repeat myself so much on the phone....then a delivery driver who couldnt even put an address in a gps or look up a business on Google maps. How do you think I got the address for you to deliver? Im a truck driver and the many times Ive ordered pizza, these people are by far the dumbest I have ever spoken with. Stick with papa johns. Unfortunately they didnt deliver to where I was. Ah Atlanta, GA.

I came in for dinner so i ordered the new garlic bread pizza and when it came out 20 minutes later i was suprised to find that half of the bread had toppings, and it was like that over the whole order and when i questioned him about it he said that because i ordered garlic bread that what i was getting... BREAD. I said well what about the PIZZA part of the deal why do i have to settle its not like you sell SPAGHETTI too. Wow! I just wanted food. Not a joke.

Pizza Hut in Atlanta sucks. I have had several failed experiences with this an other locations in the area. Today I called and they said they dont have any large pizza dough and when I asked if they could take 2 dollars off a medium pizza they said no. This is ridiculous and when I tried to explain my frustration to the so called manager he said he aint got time to go back in forward with me.

This is the worst PIZZA Hut corporation! Other Pizza Hut corporations have better pizza. My pizza had no sauce, and my pizza didnt have all the veggies I ordered; and the other veggies I had were old tasting! He said he made my pizza like that because I used coupons. Lol. Does he know that they were pre-paid for; plus he gets paid by the hour! Fool!!

I work less than 3 miles down the road and I had asked to deliver a pizza. The operator said they did not deliver at that location and promptly hung up on me. This was the last string in a series of bad experiences from this location. I dont understand why the quality of pizza huts in Atlanta are so poor in comparison to other places in GA.

Called in an order it was late but we got a $10 credit on the next order. The next order was handled by Latoryia and she did a great job getting the order in along with the $10 discount and it was prepared on time. Great experience overall!

The wait time is ALWAYS long. How do you even fix your mouth to tell a customer its going to take 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get their pizza delivered. I have them a 2 star only because the food is typically okay but the wait time is deplorable...
