Last time I ordered a take out meal from here there was a METAL SPRING in my rice. I called the manager who spoke with the kitchen staff and discovered it was off one of their kitchen rice scoopers. They sent me a $25 gift card which didnt even cover the cost of that meal I had just bought. Just glad I didnt accidentally eat the spring. A time before this a friend was served a salad with a dead fly in it in the restaurant. They quickly apologized as not to draw too much attention and brought out a new salad. The food is never anything great. Ive been to several other Red Lobster restaurants that were much better. Never eating at this one again!

We had a large party of 13 people and did call in advance to let them know we were coming. The wait was an hour and a half due to another large party being there for 3 hours. When we were finally seated, there were not enough chairs and my husband sat on a folding chair for a little while. That being said, the staff and management went out of their way to make the actual dining experience a very positive one. Our servers were Cathleen and Kelly (I hope I have the first name right) In any case one handled the children and one handled the adults. They were awesome!!!

visited with my sister and our 2 children, silverware was dirty had to return several times. had to continually ask server for drink refills, and water, our appetizer took forever and finally came out literally 3 minutes prior to our entree and the caveat, the adult meals arrived prior to the childrens meals, we waited an additional 8 minutes or so for simple popcorn shrimp meal and chicken strips, by this time our meals were completely cold. completely disappointed.

Great selection of rc cars, boats, planes and other hobbies. Im an rc racer, and they always have the parts I need. They also have air soft and model cars, pine wood derby and much more. Its my go-to place when I need parts for my traxxas bandit. I would recommend this to people just beginning to use an rc, air soft gun or other hobbies. People that work there are really nice and helpful too!

Best Red Lobster Ive ever been too... and Ive been to many, in different states. The food is great, but most of all there staff. Great service.. always friendly and attendantive. Managers really know what they are doing. Cumberland Red lobster is definitely our favorite. Weve been there hundreds of times and will continue. Thanks

If youre not a fan of seafood, your choices will definitely be limited. The restaurant also seems to be a bit slow, and somehow, not worth the price. Theyll tell you that everything is the "catch of the day," but still, you wont buy it. Unless youre a seafood fanatic with a good reserve of money to spend, you could do better.

The hostess was rude and didnt noticed or cared to talk to us until we ask for a table. The servicer was a different story she was excellent. The food was awesome until the desert. The desert was the smallest portion I ever seen. If expected to pay high price I need better service and at least get a hello when I walk in.

Got Crab legs and you might as well have called them snow crab and sub standard as well. The quality of the food has gone down for the price. I would find so where else next time rather than eat there. Service was just ok as well. Disappointed to say the least.

We arrived with no wait for seating. The food is not bad but the service is slow, to not be busy. Our waiter was more focused on socializing with his co-workers, rather than attending to our meals. Much like, the rest of thw crew busy talking and horseplaying.

First time here in a long time. Like the atmosphere at the Schaumburg location, and convenient as had to take my car to be worked on at Honda next door. Server was very pleasant, food was well prepared, nicely presented and delicious! Will be back again soon.

Very good customer service very accommodating. Wanted fried oysters though they dont have it on their menu, they did have it on their online menu. Showed item to the manager and they accommodate me and the fried oysters were delicious.

Sister and I went over here.. which was cool in itself. The service was incredible and the food was pretty good - now thats hard to say about a chain restaurant, but it was excellent! total recommend - try the sweet/spicy shrimp

I give them 3 stars because nothing went horribly wrong. As others have said the food is a little too salty, but thats typical for a chain restaurant. Overall this red lobster is about as good as others I have dined at.

This is my favorite restaurants. This is part of our routine the day before we fly out for vacation from Chicago. Fill your belly with garlic biscuits and seafood. The food is always hot and service great and friendly.

Everytime my husband and I go here we always have a great experience. Whether it be for an anniversary birthday valentines day or just because we want to go. Everyone is nice even when there busy. Will always go back

The mussels here are so good that I go here other week just to have mussels. Like now when I enter this place tell waiters knows my order and each it tastes better and better and better. Love everything here.

Best red lobster Ive been too!! Really friendly staff. Management on point. Food cooked wonderfully! Draft beer always fresh. So you know the lines are clean. Be sure to check this location out.

Ultimate feast is a rip off. Before use too be two different tails now is one. Broccoli was not even half way done and biscuits arrived one minute before main course. Not very happy.

Havent been to a Red Lobster in so many years but boy has it changed. The food was not good. 2 stars is for the salmon that was cooked perfectly - everything else was terrible

Your typical red lobster. Servers were friendlier than Id expect and food was as requested. Good when you come before rush hour. Good for budgets. No reservations.
