We loved it when it was stilled owned by the family that currently owns Francos in Walden. The service and quality of the food slowly went down from there. We still gave it a try on and off for a month until the day came when the waitress told us that the new owners were now charging for additional ketchup containers. My son likes to get the burger and fries, with that comes one small container of ketchup, when he asked for a couple of more, she told us we would be charged 50 cents for each container. Charging for condiments, really? What a fast way to lose business.

I come here every week on my way to work for their Super Hero Thursday deal. 10 sub for 6$, great deal for an Italian Combo, i add baby spinach and jalapenos to it. Manny the owner is always so nice and welcoming, and the sub is Delicious!!! The wednesday gourmet pizza for 8$ is also a deliciously awesome deal. The fact its only about a block from where i live is a bonus :)

I have to say this is the best restaurant in Montogmery NY, The food was absolutely delicious, from preparation to presentation, the friendliness of the staff and owners is genuine... We love going there never have been disappointed with any meals.....My daughter goes there at least 2 times a week with her friends.....Great customer service and I love that they deliver too..

Im from Syracuse ny and have been in Montgomery for 3 weeks working . I have eaten in many restaurants in and around the area and I honestly have to say Francescas is on the top of the list. If you are ever in Montgomery ny for even just 1 day, stop in and try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. The waitresses and staff are just as great as the food.

Really good place to bring your friends and family to enjoy the best pizza in NY. As a student from W. Virginia, this pizzeria delivered one of the best dinners I had in a while. The chef is really talented in preparing its dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone in the town or even stopping by to visit their family in NY like me!

ordered a turkey sandwich yesterday at 5:30 pm and it was probably the worst sandwich i have ever had. I understand that this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant so if a simple turkey sandwich is not your forte take if off the friggin menu. Give me a break i am sure you can do better.

Service was ok, nothing exceptional. I had a Cheese steak parmesan sandwich and the meat was not really sliced but almost ground up. A friend had meat lasagna and it was not that good. Overall not too impressed by this visit. I enjoyed my first visit there much better.

Possibly the worst place for customer service I have ever been to the pizza is cheap and the new owners charge for condiments, they use their hands when preparing food and they let food get cold. I will never go to his horrible place again

The owner is extremely pleasant and caring. He goes above and beyond to provide an exceptional dining experience. The prices are unbeatable in the industry. Truly a Gem please check them out! Francescas is number 1 in Orange County.

Our wings were gone with delivery boy to someone who didnt buy them. pizza was cold not impressed with price18+ for medium with 2 toppings then the wings 9.00 crazy prices for bad meal.
