The food was good, but the service is terrible. I went there and I waited about 22 minutes. They also charged me $1 extra for a chicken breast... they were losing customers back to back because the line was way tooo long. Thank god for the other restaurants near by. Also, where are the managers? In addition, the workers thought it was funny that they kept messing up. They were forgetting to put my food in the fryer. After all that waiting they forgot my sides..

Very Poor Quality Of Service The Employees There Fooling Around At The Drive Thru Service Window. I ordered WINGS and was told had to WAIT TEN MINUTES! The Food Get A 1 Star Also. The soda Had A VERY FUNNY TASTE TO IT AS IF THE SODA FOUNTAIN MACHINES HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED! Absolutely Not Healthy. & EVERY TIME THE SPECIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AS PROMOTED ITS A TEN MINUTE WAIT !

Over 30 minutes for just 2 side orders. 20 minutes in is when I asked about it and the cashier said they were out of one so I wouldve been waiting longer if I didnt ask. 30 minutes to get an order of mashed potatoes. And the cashier refused to go make it herself even though she was just wandering around

The experience is inconsistent. Sometimes you get dry chicken sometimes they serve you all white meat when you ask for dark. The super sweet ice tea is now behind the counter so you have to ask for it specifically which is annoying because there is typically a line.

Honestly I am indifferent about this Popeyes location. Ive had better Popeyes at different locations, specifically, the one on the corner of Sutphin Blvd and Hillside Avenue in Queens. I know that its the same company, but the food taste better there.

15 mins to order with 2 people in front of us and then after 5 more mins we are told it will be 10 more because they dont have the chicken. Meanwhile 20 cars get serviced in the drive through. I guess it was a bad day to go.

This place is truly terrible. They always run out of food and always give me the wrong thing. Its very sad. I dont expect 5 star service from a fast food place, but at least a half a star service should be given.
