I used to go here a lot until yesterday, when I went with my family, got 10 piece bucket 2 sides the lady with high cheekbones on the register was very rude, rolled her eyes when my step daughter asked for honey mustard sauce, she was not only unprofessional and didnt listen to us but in fact tried to antagonize my husband for 27cents for the sauce. When one of the kind workers tried to give the sauce to us, she didnt let him, we gave her $1.00 for the sauce,and were very disappointed on this employees behavior, and actions , we were stunt that we couldnt get any sauce for our bucket unfortunately I wont go there again .

I always go to this kfc in norwalk ct. But today 6/20/2016 me and my sister went through the drive thru around 3:30pm and the manager was being disgusting for no reason. He was so rude and disrespectful, with that kind of service were never going back there again. Even if he was having a bad day doesnt mean he gotta be rude to customers.

After traveling from NYC, it was a great place to pick up a warm, soulful meal. The restaurant and its restroom facilities were very clean. The food service was fast and very pleasant. The food was warm and fulfilling. The location is right off the highway and easy to get back on it.
