Pros: -Fast delivery within Squirrel Hill -Moderate prices -Fairly diverse menu (does not have regular omissions typical to Squirrel Hill Pizza shops) -Several healthier options available on menu -Discounts and coupons galore -Online ordering is quick and easy Cons: -Drinks forgotten on order (very common for delivery orders) -Pizza is alright but not "good -Hoagies/subs are pretty bad (cheap bread, very little cheese & rubberized meat) -Deserts come frozen with the wax paper included -Fries very tasty but pretty soggy as well. -Foreign delivery driver may have difficulty with delivery instructions. While this is still a new establishment, given the amount of direct competition in the immediate area I would have expected better. The delivery time for my order was truly excellent but in their haste they disregarded my drink order. The Driver did return however within several minutes after being chased down, but the drink he returned with was still a variation on my drink order. I would say that the quality of the food is OK, not incredibly good but certainly not the worse pizza in town. Also, their personal pizza options and late night delivery option make it an attractive choice for delivery. On my order the desert arrived mostly frozen and still wrapped in its original freezer wax paper. Also the fries were placed in Styrofoam which makes them soggy. There are 3 types of Pizza Shops in Squirrel Hill: -Specialty (Mineos, Aiellos, Napolis, Luccis) -Big Chain (Vocelli, Dominos, Pizza Hut) -Budget (Amier, Rialto, Italian Village, Bellino) Pizza Bellino definitely belongs to the later category. For me, when judging a Squirrel Hill budget pizza shop, I always use Pizza Amier as a comparison standard (since their prices are the lowest in the neighborhood). Are they more or less expensive then Pizza Amier? Does their product taste better than Amier? Does the taste justify the cost? While they do offer a tasty product and some more diverse menu options than Amier, I do not feel that the taste justifies the cost in this instance. I would not recommend this Pizza Shop. However, if had no other option I wouldnt consider it out of the question either.

Pizza Bellino is my pizza place of choice in the whole sq. hill area. They came to Forbes ave a few years back and since the first time I tasted I loved it! It is a run by a family from turkey. The pizza is so so good. The best Ive had anywhere, good crust thickness, sauce and cheese have a good balance and the cheese it plentiful though not rubbery or too much. Service has always been good, friendly and prompt. I have never found the restaurant to be dirty and the bathrooms are always clean too. They serve an incredibly wide variety of foods. From pastas, salads, chicken platters, provolone sticks, fries, all sorts of things and always tasty! I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Go for the pizza, stay for the wings. Some of the best pizza Ive ever had (try it with Sriracha!) and their wings are really delicious too! The salads and sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. The staff is always very friendly and inviting. The delivery wait time is very reasonable even on normally rushed days (Super Bowl Sunday). Their specials are really amazing deals and normal prices are very reasonable. The decor in the dining area isnt elaborate -- the usual pizza shop decor -- and is always clean. The bathrooms are surprisingly nicely decorated. This is definitely my favorite pizza shop in Pittsburgh.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I work in a nursing home and my coworkers and I were going to order about $70 of food from there.. Some of us dont carry money because it can be stolen.. Definitely glad we took our business elsewhere. We were on the phone with a woman and the manager was yelling and cussing in the background. The manager told us we couldnt use more than one card for the same delivery location even though they were SEPARATE orders and that we should use our own money.. This place is a joke if you want money you need to learn how to treat your customers!

Ive ordered from this restaurant numerous times, because I was a fan of the food. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Ive never had a delivery boy get angry, rip a receipt and still expect a tip. Then on top of that, I called the store, to inform someone about the terrible service (very nice, Ive worked in retail and would never yell or be impolite to someone.) YET I was getting yelled at. Terrible service, I will find a different place to order from. If you expect at least a little quality service from a place that youre spending your money, DO NOT GO HERE!

This place has gone downhill. I used to love their food. I ordered a chicken gyro and the meat wasnt even edible. Then my husband ordered the buffalo fries and got regular fries. Then he order fries with cheese and there was no cheese even though we paid $2 extra for it. The woman said shed put a note on the account for a free order of fries. We go to order and they say theres no note on file but that weve ordered from there 25 times in the past 3 years and hes not going to honor those free fries. Hope the free fries was worth losing our business.

Im surprised this place is in business after the horrible experience I had. They are extremely rude!! They were screaming at us on the phone, talked over us, and didnt apologize once. Id tell you how the food was, but it never came. When we complained about it not coming, they basically told us it was our fault and they did nothing wrong. I work in customer service, so getting this type of service was disheartening. This was no way to treat your paying customers. I will gladly order elsewhere! Good luck staying in business!!!!

The food is a 3 out of 10. The service is a 1 out of 10. If you like to spend money at one place and get burned go for it. Ive been ordering here for over a year and started to get bad pizzas as well as EXTREMELY late deliveries. The manager/owner whoever doesnt take constructive criticism well, if he even lets you finish a sentence. anyhow, never going back here again, hope they close down soon so that we can have a GOOD place in Sq.Hill.

After moving to Sq. Hill this past winter I proceeded to try all the pizza shops on Murray Ave. thinking the best pizza would be at the places that have been around the longest. But man was I wrong. While the places on Murray do have good pizza, they do not hold up against Pizza Bellino. Their pizza is the best around. Its not overly greasy like the other guys. They are also reasonably priced with a lot of specials. Try this place!

Excellent pizza, AND they deliver, which is more than anyone can say for some other "elite" places in Squirrel Hill. Ive also had their pasta dinners, which are sooo tasty, and always come to my door hot. I live all the way in Swissvale, so that should tell you something. The only issue is the chicken wings. The different sauces arent actually all that different, and if you want the "good" chicken wings, order them whole.

I am utterly addicted to the buffalo chicken house rolls at this place. Theyre delicious. Im going to go get some right now. I dont remember whether Ive actually ever had their pizza, since I cannot not get the buffalo chicken house roll. (I guess "Buffalo Chicken House Roll Bellino" doesnt have as nice of a ring as "Pizza Bellino".)
