On Monday, October 26th, I arrived at 7:45pm expecting a full buffet. The sign on the door said they were closing at 8:00. When I walked in, I asked about it, and the waitress explained they had to do some maintenance on their ovens. After surveying the buffet, I determined that there was enough edible pizza still out, and decided to stay and eat. I grabbed 3 pieces and a drink and proceeded with my meal. A few minutes later, a guy walks into the restaurant and its apparent that the waitress knows him. Its probably her husband or a very close acquaintance. She hands him a box and he takes all the edible pizza, at least a full pizza and a half, sets down at the table and begins to eat. I got up, told them I wasnt paying for that, and left the restaurant. This man didnt have enough common courtesy to consider the other people in the restaurant still eating, and the waitress showed that she didnt either by giving the man a pizza box and allowing that to happen. I used to eat lunch here once or twice a week with my co-workers, but they have permanently lost my business due to the blatant disrespect of their paying customers.

Cavanaugh Pizza Parlour has the best take-out pizza in Fort Smith! Their Pepperoni pizza with extra Pepperoni is our favorite. We order our pepperoni pizza “with thin and crispy crust, with lots and lots of extra pepperoni, light on the sauce.” It is absolutely the best! Using their online “two for the price of one” coupons, we like to order a second pizza half Pepperoni and half Hawaiian Delight with extra pineapple and extra cherries. Cavanaugh Pizza Parlour also has the best salad bar in town. The ingredients are always fresh and their lettuce is shredded so theres no hard pieces. The price of their salad-to-go beats their competitors because they charge one price for the salad rather than charging by the weight of the salad. If you like pizza buffets, Cavanaugh Pizza Parlour has excellent buffets for lunch and dinner. They have a great variety of pizzas and theyll make whatever you ask. And of course pizza is always complimented by pitchers of cold brew! 5 Stars +!!

The pizza was ok. We took my daughter there (her choice btw) for her birthday. There was nobody there, so they werent busy and they wouldnt even sing happy birthday or anything. Also the whole time we were there, they were just gossiping and chatting away right in front of us!! Dont get me wrong I work with all women so I know all about gossip, but we keep it professional and if there is a "customer" there we quit talking. I just think its funny they cant sing a six year old happy birthday but they can talk about whats her name down the road or is "pissed off about her insurance."

Looking for a lighter side? Well, look no further than the delicious fresh salad bar just waiting for you. The wait staff is always courteous and nearby to ensure your experience is one of a kind!

Very good pizza place/buffet, i was there first time 6/2015 while on business trip,waitress Maria was nice and friendly,the place was full probably because the pizza is good :), the price was low, the only reason i give 4 and not 5 stars is because tomato in salad bar was kinda smashed and didnt look fresh to me ,i will update my review next time when i come by.

Give that Joe guy a promotion! Grade-A service! This man, no no no, this legend, if the hardest worker I have ever seen! The pizza was fantoodilyTASTIC, but the service was EXTRAORDINARY! Seriously, that Joe guy though, please give that man a cookie or something. Fabulous. Will definitely take my son Mario there again.

The pizza is wonderful the service is great ive been eating here close to I think 40 years and I think this is the best Pizza in the Fort Smith Arkansas area the thin crust is the best and it is the thin crust standard in look for anytime I eat pizza anywhere and so far its not been beat

Im with a group on a road trip and decided to stop here somewhat randomly. It is amazing! This isnt a detailed review... just saying huge props from a traveling Texas crew. The folks were nice and the pizza was delicious. Long live Cavanaugh Pizza!

Great prices especially the buffet. Free drinks with purchase of buffet. They also have buy one pizza get one free. Its better than cicis they have plenty of room. Most of the time. Only bad thing is. They dont deliver unless for catering.

Worst service ive ever had. Was there almost an hour and the snoody waitress only came by my table one time. Had to get up and hunt for her if I needed anything.WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!
