I have bad experience tonigth Tuesday nigth this young guy with no education in bad mood treat the costumer like we are nothing ,maybe in his house they treat him like that ,,he should know we pay his salary .y just to go every nigth to buy chiken and rice test good but tonigth was the last one .I think they should teach all worker .the costumer first costumer second .bye pollo campero I will no buy again in glen cove

The food is pretty Good, but service and customer service not so good. I took a friend to try the food. She is a Cancer survivor and has a special diet. She couldnt eat anything because everything, so the server said ,is already mixed and nothing could be taken out. So sad, we went across the street and ordered a salad.

If I could give no stars I would. The only good thing is that the place is so empty and deserted at lunchtime that my company and I could talk with no interruptions except for when she brought our food to our table with A HAIR COOKED INTO THE EMPENADAS!!! I WOULD SAY THIS PLACE IS "EMPTY-NADA!"

I buy here once a week. Kids love the fried chicken. The Rotisserie chicken is well seasoned and tasty. The empanadas are definitely something to try .
