Our experience was great and our server Tanya was very kind and willing to help. The food was delicious and everything was well-timed. The problem was upon checkout. I realized shortly after leaving that I was given incorrect change, and i was not offered a reciept for the transaction. I promptly called the store and spoke with the host whom had cashed me out 15 minutes prior. I was immediately handed off to the manager, who was asumptuous and accusatory of me when I brought the matter to her attention. I was told I would receive a phone call by the end of the day to let me know if their drawer was over and that would determine whether I would receive my owed money. I decided to go back to the restaurant to speak with Management in person and the lady responded to me saying "werent you just the man that called, couldnt you wait till the end of the day for your money," and I said "I dont think I need to wait all day for whats owed to me." She threw the bill at me and proceeded to allow her employees to mock the situation. Therefore, I will never be back to this location.

Not one person of our party of nine left happy with the food or the atmosphere. Food was cold, and 5 people recieved food that was incorrectly prepared. It took a very long time to get our food even though we could see it sitting in the window. It took even longer to recieve our check. The manager reprimanded employees in front of customers which I thought was really unprofessional. The atmosphere was just chaos all around. From now on, we will travel a little further to Amherst Bob Evans where we always leave satisfied. I will mention the host, though. He was the only positive part of our visit. He was friendly, organized, and even went above and beyond using his down time to walk around greeting and making sure the customers were enjoying their meals.

Food was okay. It was lukewarm. Took long time to get served and refills. Order was wrong. Server Was not very pleasant, but was placating. *Update: went to the Bob Evans in Avon this past April while visiting my mom; food was not good at all. The omelette was a flat, not filled mess. The potatoes werent cooked thoroughly, and the pan breakfast casserole thing my son ordered, looked nothing like the photo advertisement. New chef? I dont know, but I drove further to go to this one vs one in Elyria, and was disappointed. I dont think I will bring anyone here again.

My sisters and I have had a wonderfull eating experience at this restaurant. The wait staff were very very courteous. To us this is a very enjoyable place to eat and we enjoyed our time together. The price s were very very reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone . I want to thank you for a very nice eating experience.

Takes longer to "get someone to take my order" than it takes to take my order.....last time this happened (not even a week ago) I went in and told the manager about this issue and that they messes up my.order the last time I was there. He made my food for me (for free) and he messed it up too!......im done with this place!

When I go to Bob Evans, I know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised when they went above and beyond. The assistant manager brought out our order, he said my chicken was not the one they just pulled out, and brought me two fresh pieces.! I was so amazed!! I recommend this one to everyone!

This place was busy, the service was fair, very friendly, my pot roast was all mashed potatoes, very little meat, and the carrots were raw, I was very disappointed in the meal I was served, this place can not handle good food when it is busy. I will not go back for overpriced slop.

Place is about empty and I see why. Just stood at the counter and watched my carry out get cold while everyone ignored me. Then all my food wasnt even ready! They forgot something... Needless to say I wont be back anytime soon.

Bob Evans is a perfectly good restaurant for any time if day, Id recommend going for breakfast and at a less busy hour, but they have some good dinner items too. I recommend the broasted chicken.
