I wish I could give this place less than one star. I have ordered here a couple of times and I have to conclude that "their employees are the rudest ever ". I understand that working in the fast-paced food industry is sometimes really hard to make customer satisfied but you guys are ridiculously rude. I ordered 12pc extra crispy chicken bucket meal today. I, myself dont speak English with perfect American accent and I understand that it is not easy to hear and take order through the Drive- through system. The girl that took my order is extremely impolite and yelled at me when she asked questions. When I finished ordering, I heard she said " oh God or Jesus" or something like that. Not to mention, she didnt give me napkins and it was not even 12pcs Chicken in my order. The store, They have all the signs and Comercial with polite messages but in reality they are totally not professional and amazing impolite. They really dont care about customers at all. If they want to gain more profit, compete with other fast food restaurants, and expand their company, I think KFC need look carefully back to their customer service or employees in general. Thats all I want to say. I did say "thank you" to the girl who took my order though. I hope she can learn to say Thank you and Sorry to customer and yea...hope she can get promotion!!

I went to the drive-thru last night with my husband about 10-15 minutes before closing. When we got to the intercom, the staff member simply said "Sorry, man....we have nothing left." We were annoyed not only with the fact that the bunch of kids working there put their desire to leave at 10 rather than work until 10 and then close at the assigned time (they had already started turning over chairs inside and half the lights were already off), but mostly at the attitude of the staff member who clearly could not care less about turning away business during business hours. Today I went in the evening to get what we were unable to yesterday, and I simply ordered a bucket of chicken (the value bucket). I came home to find that I was provided literally half the number of pieces that I paid for. I already have realistically low expectations of fast-food service, and I am still flabbergasted by just how little the staff there cares about the work they do. You have two jobs at the drive-thru window: counting and serving the customers who come through. 2 days in a row they managed to neglect both tasks while being rude in the process. Pretty pathetic.

Best KFC food Ive ever had - so much so I felt it was important to leave a review. Chicken was tender and moist, not dried up like it sometimes can taste. Sides were hot/cold and tasted good as well. Even down to the biscuit! It was soft and fluffy. KFC looked clean and staff was friendly! Glad we stopped here on our travels vs another fast food chain.

Good service but mainly was impressed by the one worker boxing up my food. Everything was neatly separated and folded up nice. Looked like something out of the commercial. With my OCD it was perfect lol but I didnt catch his name. Tall and skinny black male, very nice guy. Looks like he takes pride in his work.

On a recent sunny Sunday afternoon, I pulled through the drive-thru and the individual who took my order was very professional and clearly understood. I was very surprised! I was second in line at the window and it did take longer then normal to get my food. But over all a positive experience.

Went be ten minutes before it closed. . . Was waiting for my turn behind other cars. At exactly 10pm when I pulled up they told me it was closed. Then I said that I was here waiting before they closed, then they said they had no more food. Such a lie! Will be contacting corporate.

Rudest employees ever. No care at all. Quite ironic they have large signs promoting politeness. Cashier was taking drive-thru orders while walking to and from the bathroom. I hope she washed her hands before handling food. Disgusting. Food was terrible.
