This is the worst pizza restaurant I have ever visited! In the Summer the internal temperature of most Pizza Huts are about the same....comparable to a refrigerator. If you order a pizza and ask for extra cheese and extra toppings......you MAY get a few strands of extra cheese or 2 extra slices of pepperoni. Value: not worth the money, unless you like scant amounts of anything and waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much sauce. Since I have visited many Pizza Huts throughout the years, and in numerous locations in Virginia and other states, I dont really have complaints about the other Pizza Huts I have visited, except for the internal room temps which is non-sequential. I can honestly say in retrospect without malice or prejudice, Louisa Pizza Hut not only makes the worst pizza, but frozen name brand pizzas are still better than Louisa Pizza Hut. Considering that I hate frozen pizzas, I had to write this as a warning for anyone expecting a good pizza from a restaurant.

Id rather order at the cash register and be given a number for my order and serve myself than dine here with a wait staff again. The waitress was so unkept and unwashed looking it was gross! She was rude, never smiled, came to our table maybe twice (we had to flag her down to get our check). I even looked at her waived for her to come to our table and she looked directly at me and turned and walked away! When she brought the box I asked for she threw it at the table along with our check and left. I mean even for pizza hut that was rediculous. We were not rude, we smiled, said please and thank you, so I have no idea where she gets off acting like that. If youre in Louisa and want pizza hut, order to go. Also unless you ask for extra cheese you barely get any on your pizza at all.

Only one waitress on staff & this young lady has only worked here FOUR days!!! She did a great job, considering there were 9 tables for her to take care, plus play hostess, bus her own tables... she checked on EVERYONE non stop. My only complaint is...ITS SO COLD INSIDE THERE, the whole time we waited, we shivered. Come on Louisa, Va. Lower yall ac a little.

This is a sit down, pick up or delivery location. They make a better pizza than some locations of the same restaurant. Try the chicken Caesar salad on a sit down. Its quite good.
