If you want to actually get your food and actually be waited on properly---- go ANYWHERE else in town. Me and 3 friends went for dinner here recently and had the worst experience. Mark - the General Manager couldnt give 2 s*%*s about customer service. We ordered a round of mixed drinks, which arrived before our water did. And we also ordered an app, which was also out quickly. So far so good right?? WELL - about an hour later, our food (4 orders of 10 boneless chicken wings) came out. Except for one persons entire order of 10 wings. The waitress had dropped an ran, didnt even make sure we had everything so we thought she had gone to get the last persons food. After she was gone for almost 10 minutes and nowhere to be seen, we flagged the General Manager down (Mark) and told him we were missing food. He went and found our waitress and brought her back and she said "OH I must have forgotten it" and "went to put the order in". At this point it is almost 20 minutes after our food was delivered and it started getting cold. And 30 minutes later the order STILL wasnt out. We flagged our waitress down AGAIN and asked where it was and when she came back to update us, she said that the wings still hadnt been put in. OH YEA - and we asked for ranch/water/more drinks and they never came either. (even though it was another round of mixed drinks--hello money lost) Now 50 Minutes after the tables food was delivered we are still missing one of our orders... So I went to privately speak with the manager about our service and he said that it was "typical" for a weekend night. I was VERY polite with him, despite that I was extremely upset that we were still waiting for someones food. And he never offered any apologies.... not even a single apology. Needless to say, we wont be going to here again. It is very unfortunate when a General Manager cant or just flat out wont try and make a customer happy or even apologize. Not a single apology. Do yourself a favor and go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

It’s over priced, bad tasting food with horrible, slow customer service. Not to mention our waiter was not very good. Not once did he ask if we needed anything or how the food was. We were told it would be a 30-minute wait. No big deal, the place was packed. It actually took less. Once we were seated, our waiter came up and asked what we would like to drink. He took my drink order and ran off and got it, never asked what my boyfriend would like to drink. He came back 5 or so minutes later and asked if we were ready and what we would like. We started off with Fried Pickles for an appetizer but they were out, so then we decided to get their Chips and Salsa. Our waiter said he would go put the order in, never gave us a chance to place our main course since we were ready. He ran off and took another tables order. The only positive thing that happened was a manager brought us more chips when we were out. We waited probably 45 minutes total for our main course. After our waiter brought our food out, my boyfriend thought the waiter just messed his order up because he asked for Saratoga Chips for his side instead of fries but his plate had fries. I bite into my wings and tasted cheese and lots of garlic when I had ordered the Buffalo Mild wings. So we both got the wrong orders. Not more than 5 minutes later a kitchen worker came out with OUR actually food. We told her we were just given the wrong food but we had already dug into it thinking it was ours. My boyfriend then asked the kitchen worker if he could get a beer just as our waiter then walked by. Our waiter then had to go over to the couple catty corner from us and explain to them that he just gave us their food and they’d have a little bit longer wait. The Saratoga Chips were supposed to be seasons and weren’t, they had absolutely no flavor to them. The wings tasted like they had just been taken out of a warmer. The breading was soggy and the sauce was not very good and neither was the gyro.

I went to the restaurant at 12:45 pm and it wasnt even 1/2 full. My party of 5, including one 3 year old, placed our order at 1pm. We waited a full 45 minutes for our food, were never given refills of our water, and when we finally got our food 5 of the meals 3 were wrong. We tried to explain our growing frustration to our server, and instead of an apology we were met with excuses. She did not even offer to take back the incorrrct items, one if which was the kids meal. Then, as she turned to walk away, she told us we shouldnt have come to their restaurant on a game day. For an eating establesment in prime location at the Rail-yard, that excuse is, quite frankly, pathetic. As I mentioned, they werent even half full when we placed our order. At that point we got up and left. I worked as a server for 3 years and have never experienced such poor customer service or felt so unwanted as a patron. At no point did management get involved. In fact, as we were leaving I had to request to speak with one. I appoligized for walking out on our check and told him it was due to the fact our server made us feel so unwelcome and never appoligized for the unacceptable wait time. While he appoligized on her behalf, he also tried to excuse the sutuation based on food we ordered (burgers and kids grilled chicken strips) saying grill items take longer to prepare than fried. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor service or for his rude employee, he tried to insinuate we ordered the wrong items if we wanted speedy service. damage was done. I personally will never go back. The food, aside from what was incorrect, looked good. Too bad the server we had tarnished the whole situation with her attitude.

Their description of their food on the menu is misleading to what you get. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken + Burger and fries. Description said it was fresh beef, never frozen and fries that are freshly cut every day. The burger said it came with a buffalo chicken finger on top with lettuce, tomatoes and ranch dressing. Sounds fantastic! When the waitress brought over the food, she asked if it all looked OK, and I said, "Its supposed to have lettuce and tomato on it." She said, "Its on there, its under the burger." I lifted the beef patty and there was a single small leaf of lettuce about a 1/4 size of the bun and a small slice of tomato about the same size. I took a picture for everyone to see. The ranch dressing was two little lines over the top of the oddly placed chicken finger. $10.50 for this burger? And by the way, I know the difference between fresh beef and frozen burgers from the box and this was definitely frozen from a box, you could almost taste the cardboard and the meat was chewy. The fresh cut fries were also not fresh cut. They were frozen from a bag as well. I have family that runs a restaurant and they actually have fresh ground beef to order and fresh cut fries so I clearly know the difference. The waitress was nice, but I shouldnt have paid more than $5 for this food as Burger King is more appetizing. Never going back. Dont waste your time if you are thinking of going there.
