On my 2nd visit the parking lot and restaurant was once again a "ghost town". We went to use the coupon sold by the local highschool. I passed an unhappy man while entering Ledos and yelled at me "I hope you dont have a coupon!" The man at the front assured me that man had an old coupon and he does take the H.S. coupons. When the waiter brought our check he informed me the manager said the coupon could not be accepted because the highschool did not have authorization to print but gave me more coupons to use on my "next visit". How crazy is this! I paid and left their coupon on their table, I dont plan on coming back. Theres too many other great pizza places locally that the managment actually makes the customers want to return without all the "technical drama". The parking lot being empty again should have said enough.

I am a frequent customer who dines in and out several times a month and puts up with their horrible service and half size porpotions. As of today I am Disgusted by this place! Hair in my cheese fries which were undercooked to begin with and clearly fried in old oil - called and young lady who answered tried to debate this over the phone with me. I simply asked that I return the food (only 10 mins after picking up) and have it redone. Manager (owner) gets on the line and tells me they made my food perfect and theres nothing they can do for me. Unbelievable. This family run location is pathetic and I will never return here again. Love Ledos however this establishment gives the company a bad name. As a licensed health inspector, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Never again. How is this location even in business when they serve the worst pizza?! My wings barely even had any buffalo sauce. They were dry and I had to pay $1 for a side of ranch, since when does ranch not come with wings? Management could use additional training. When I kindly put in my complaint I was brushed off. I guess they are used to it from other customers. The table behind me had an issue and were treated the same way. Very unfortunate.

Horrible! Nothing like any Ledo location Ive ever been to. Owner and young server are very unprofessional when you simply ask that they bring out a fresh salad (mine was spoiled) and put more cheese on cheese fries. Pizza was dry and spongy. They are so cheap on toppings and its out of greed. Refused to resolve matter when I politely addressed them. Will never return to this location. My family deserves better.

Tried to use a coupon today that came in the local Clipper Magazine. THIS location along with 2 others were listed on coupon. Coupon was denied despite these facts, the manager which I found out today is the owner would not accept it and couldnt provide significant reason as to why. Ill be taking my business to Leesburg or Sterling location moving forward. This place is unreasonable and unfair.

Hate to leave negative review but Terrible food, terrible service. Pizza was thick, dry with barely any cheese. Cheese fries are served in a sloppy aluminum to go tray and we never got any napkins or refills. My daughters sub was cold and when asked to reheat we got an explanation from server that theres no way the sub could be cold. Definitely will not bother with this location again.

I used to love Ledos when I lived in Tysons. However, the pizza from here is a rip-off and so are their subs. There is absolutely nothing unique about the pizza from here and you can probably make a better sub at home. Youre better off with the regular pizza places.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the server (Kenneth) was excellent. Since the new owner bought it, the quality of the food has really gone downhill. The place used to be packed under the old ownership. Now theres only maybe 3 families there.

We frequent this place often because its family friendly and has a great staff. Be sure to get extra ledo sauce it makes a world of a difference. So glad to finally move close to a Ledos pizza.

Pizza is marginal at best. Once piece or pepperoni per square. For the price you pay they could at least put some meat on the pizza. Try Villa Roma in Leesburg. Great food and great staff!

This location is horrible! Luckily I dont live in Ashburn and have a local Ledo Pizza close to home that serves quality food along with great service. This place needs to be shut down.

Good pizza and service. It is nice with kids, the pizza is quick and delicious. Salads are wilted however and not so fresh. It would be nice to have some healthier options too.
