Ice cream is great like it always is there, but service could be better. We walked in along with another older couple behind us. They were trying to decide on what to get, so they let others go ahead of them. We were just waiting for our order. Then a very loud group of girls came in the door. The girl behind the counter must have known them. She was greeting each of them and offered them back coupon. Why werent we offered a coupon? Why wasnt the undecided couple behind us offered one? It may have helped them decide! Just little things to get some brushed up training on is that is needed. Customers service, quality service for everyone!

Been there a few times. Each time loved it. For the price I pay for ice cream, and banna splits I get more then I pay for. There is a lot of old Detroit Tigers memorabilia on wall. Plus each year they had updated Detroit Tigers memorabilia. Took my mom there a couple times, and she had a blast with the Detroit Tigers memorabilia. I dont know if the regional owner still living. But when I took Mom he and she was living and talk to my mom for a little while about Detroit Tigers. So it is a very fun atmosphere for adults and children of all ages.

Screamers will always be my favorite place to get ice cream. You get a giant brownie sundae for only four dollars with homemade brownie and more hot fudge than you can imagine. You can even ask for Sanders hot fudge. The brownie sundae at Dairy Queen was half the size of Screamers! I will forever be a Screamers fan and will continue to tell people all about it. The décor reminds me of my childhood. A must stop in Macomb County!

Were not huge soft serve fans but this is hands down the best soft serve place around. Friendly staff. I recommend getting a freshly made ice cream sandwiche using their fresh cookies for something a little different but the menu overall is good

Cheap, Delicious, and fast. Everything you would want from an ice cream shop. The parking lot can be a bit tight, but you can use the adjacent shopping center.
