Ordered some Chinese delivery for the office the day after Christmas. I was excited that they delivered to our office in the Financial District. We ordered a ton of food and it came on time. Took about 45 minutes from the time we called to delivery at our office. We ordered the standard sampling of Chinese food. We even ordered a delicious sushi roll which I was surprised they carried. All the food was fine, they provided all the plates and utensils we needed. All in all it hit the spot but was pretty generic, which I was isnt a bad thing when you are looking for a good plate of Chinese. On a side note I preferred the sesame chicken to the General Tses.

Billys is without a doubt a local hangout. Great to watch a game or take a group to dinner. There is literally an option for everyone, from chinese to sushi and if you get to know Billy well enough he will surprise you with incredible treats from the kitchen that arent even on the menu. The crab rangoon is excellent, peeking ravioli, scallion pancakes and the shu mai are all delicious as well. As far as entrees you can not go wrong with the Tses chicken. The portions are large and meant to be shared so come hungry! The sushi here is good but with recent additions to the north end I would head elsewhere for my raw fish needs!

Since this is one of the only sushi places near the North End, I went there fairly often when I lived in the area and needed a break from Italian subs. I found the sushi was good (not amazing) most of the time, however there were a couple times when the sushi was quite bad (the tuna was turning brown and the fish was beginning to smell). The only hypothesis I could come up with is that they probably dont get fish delivered fresh on the weekends (I think both times the sushi was bad, it was a Sunday). This is an ok sushi place if youre in the area, but definitely not a destination for good sushi... and avoid Sundays.

ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE The food tastes good and the prices are high which can fine, but, this place is HORRIBLE in customer service, they screw up orders and nickel and dime you to death, they are the worst place to order from in this area of Boston, the owner (Billy?) is a good guy but the girls who work there are aggresive and rude, if you are in the area order from Samurai King on Franklin Street, they are much better

Pleasantly surprised! The wife and I went there when we were out and about in the North End, which is tough to do when you have the temptation of all the near by Italian food. But we were feeling Chinese, and Billy Tse peaked our curiosity. We went in with medium expectations and we were happy to find out the food was VERY good. I could easily go back if Im in the neighborhood and the mood for Chinese strikes me.

One of our favorite local spots in the North E. Billy is always on hand to carve the perfect Peking D for you (he insists on it) and the rest of the menu consistently done just right. Great service, great vibe and a good spot to see the locals and start some bar chatter. Theres a secrete about this place i dont want to reveal. Just going to say air dried duck over rotisserie was the bomb! ;)

This is a staple of the north end for chinese food. Go in for scorpion bowls and you wont realize that the food is nothing too special and slightly overpriced. However, it does the trick for standard chinese fare and they also deliver on their own (without the up charge from dining in or grub hub). Also serve sushi but I would stick with the staples like crab rangoons and beef with broccoli.

The best Japanese-Chinese food in America, with a recent makeover - - kicking the quality of food and service to the highest level of their 15+ years in Boston! Be sure to try the sushi/sashimi along with one of Billys Signature dishes. Amazing place for high quality food, service, and a relaxing time, at fair prices! Hard to find today.

I ordered take-out from Billy Tse twice over the past two weeks and had great experiences both times. The first time, I ordered sushi, which was delicious, quickly ready, and reasonably priced. The second time, I placed a large order with a group of guests and we all enjoyed our meals. The crab rangoons are amazing.

A sushi joint in the most unlikeliest of places - squished between the waterfront and the North End, but the food is wonderful and the happy hour specials are awesome. The owners are often hanging out in the kitchen and they are just the nicest people you will ever meet. Be sure to have a Mai tai!

The food was mediocre. We both love Chinese food, and this wasnt up to par. We are vegetarian and told the waitress to make sure no meat or seafood was in our meal. Our noodles came out with shrimp in it. Staff is friendly, but the food was not up to our standards.

Fantastic sushi, and the sesame chicken with those light, crispy noodles on top is delicious. Last time I went, I had the funniest waiter who gave me a hard time - but only in jest, and was actually pleasant. When its not too busy, the service is extremely fast.

Billy Tse is a great place when you dont want to have to decide on a specific cuisine. They have a huge menu with good noodles and decent sushi. The ambiance is a little lacking but the staff is very friendly.

How a restaurant with such awful food can exist? And how can Asian food be so disgusting as it is here? Unbelievable bad!!! The only "good" thing about it - its the only Asian place in little Italy

Delicious steamed cod with ginger and scallion, and ma po tofu with pork. The fish was truly wonderful. Also good: the Taiwanese wonton salad, where the wontons rest in a spicy bean sprout bed.

You may not think of great chinese food in the North End but Billy Tses sure is. Great tasting food, friendly staff and the owner is soo super nice to meet. Great location too.

The food was just OK, but the waiter automatically put a 18% gratitude on the bill without informing us, this is not descent.
