I was highly disappointed once again by this place. I had went here before and was not impressed by the custard but had decided to go back with a friend who loves their frozen custard. About this time last week, I had ordered the flavor of the day chocolate chip cookie dough & received MAYBE 3 pieces of cookie dough and 4 lousy pieces of chocolate chips shavings in a small concrete. After getting home and realizing this, they were closed for the night. I do not usually write feedback for food services but I can firmly say I will not be coming back and spending almost $4 on a concrete with nothing in it.

I dont know what the owner asks his interviewees in their interview, but hes doing something right to get the best customer service around. Everyone is seriously so nice at Shivers. I have raved every time I go here about the excellent service. That literally puts a smile on your face. I work in customer service, so I rate establishments heavily on customer service, and this place has got it down, on top of having great custard! We prefer to go here over DQ!

BEST Frozen Custard anywhere. Better value than any frozen custard stands within 75 miles. Espresso and coffee drinks, iced tea, lemonade, many original recipes of custard flavors and even flavor mixes that you can create; doggy cones; great customer service. OPEN YEAR ROUND (except at Christmas break) and worth it at Zero Fahrenheit.

Shivers has the best frozen custard in the St. Louis area. Check the website for the flavor of the day. You can have every combination you can imagine with scores of toppings and mix ins available. The staff is friendly and efficient and its a great little place to take a break.

I saw 2 bugs in my ice cream. I almost had a panic attack because I have a fear of bugs. I wanted to have a reason to finish the ice cream but nothing came up. Please have an indoor section where bugs cant go around and get into your ice cream. That really scared me.

Great Place. Delicious custard. The patio area fills up fast on nice days (in the winter/spring months) and is nearly always full in the winter, but its worth the stand or wait in the drive-thru. Love this place!
