Burgers are big, juicy, and taste just as a burger should. Im not sold on paying $7 for a cheeseburger, so I dont eat there often, but it is so good. Went in the late afternoon this time and it seemed to be more chaotic than it should have considering how few people were there. Stood there behind some older folks who took at least five minutes to order. There appeared to be only one register open. More people walk in and stand at the closed register and an employee walked up and helped right away. That was a little frustrating. Someone should have been paying attention. The only other issue I have is that we once ordered BLTs and they came slathered with Miracle Whip. Nasty. Just make sure you specify if you want Miracle Whip or mayonnaise. Who puts Miracle Whip on a BLT? haha.

Go there . Ordered a burger with no onions. When the burger came out I took one bite and knew instantly that it had onions. I took it back to the counter and told them I had ordered a burger with NO ONIONS. They gave it back in about two minutes and they told me they were sorry. Opened it up and it was the same burger with at least 10 small dices of onions. I scraped them off myself. And took it up to the front when I got there they gave me more lettuce and onions s and a new bun. After that it wasnt even worth the hassle. Only ate a bout 3/4 of the burger because it was so salty. Will probably never be returning. NOT THE BEST "RESTERAUNT IN EAST TEXAS"

Had their fried green tomatoes and fried pickles for the first time. AMAZING. The black and bleu burger is my favorite, but all of their burgers are good. Their fries and onion rings are good too. I did have an issue with them forgetting some food on my order, but we did get it, even if I did have to make the 15 minute drive back. Just check your order before you leave if its ToGo. Lesson learned. Got my item and a free burger out of the deal for later. They will take care of you if they know there was a mistake. I will go back, but make sure I check my order before I leave the building.

Its about 6.50 for a 4$ burger and fries w drink. This place has really good home made fries and onion rings, the burgers are also really good, and the sweet tea truely is southern sweet tea. I like it for a fast food place, the only grip is that they take a very long time to cook the food, its made to order. I still think they need to fire the grill up a little faster and already have a couple of patties on, that would save some time. It is not uncommon to wait 20 minutes without much of a line. Still for quality food I dont mind.

They did get my food out to me in desire time. The only thing they really need learn how cook home made fires there were all burnt! No seasons on the hamburger steak either or fires. Oh and you all dont order the a salad with the mill cuz its very small! Customer service was decent they did come out to my van and asked me to make sure I got everything right on my order like I said theres seasoning definitely needs to be looked at and how they cook fries is a must so I gave him a two stars

This was unfortunately the worst hamburger that I have ever eaten. I picked up our burgers and took them home and after 20 minutes the bottom bun was completely soggy. I attributed that to carry out and can kind of forgive but the multiple round chunks of gristle was disgusting. I am not proud of this review but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of food I was given to take home to my family. I will add that the french fries were amazing!

Good real meat burgers. Natural cut fries with the done-ness inconsistent from one shift to the next. The best onion rings I have found anywhere, just a little pricey for the size of the order. Free beans if you dine in. Some days they are spicy and other days they are mild but always good flavor. Overall a good choice if you want a bigger but are tired of the fast food options.

Good cheeseburgers, onion rings, and chicken fried chicken. My only suggestion is not so much pepper in the batter and gravy. People can always add pepper but you cant take it out. There are too many other restaurants to choose from and if I remember how that pepper was I am likely to go somewhere else.

Were from Oklahoma on a RV trip to the Longview area. We discovered Jucys Hamburger by accident. Ive eaten at a lot of hamburger joints in my life but this place has the best hamburgers and superb onion rings. We went back a couple of times. You cant go wrong.

If you want a good burger in Longview this is one of the best places to go. Eat inside and get free beans. They have really good burgers and their chicken fried steak isnt bad either. I love the fresh cut fires.

The burgers are good, not the best Ive ever had, but, the onion rings are to die for, and I hate onion rings! The batter is spot on, and the onion melts in your mouth.
