This was the worst Checkers location Ive ever been to. I called the corporate office and they didnt care either. They messed up my wifes order. Then they forgot to give me 3 orders of fries I paid for. When I told her I was missing fries, she had an attitude. Im glad I checked my bag. Then they forgot my kool-aid slushie, and the other employee got an attitude when he realized he would have to make my slushie.

I have to say, this is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I checked my burgers at the window because she repeated it back wrong. When I asked her to correct the mistake, she argued with me. I couldnt believe I had to argue with an employee to correct her mistake, and just threw the food back at me. They need to check who they hire if they dont want to wait on people with a good attitude.

Food from Checkers is generally always good, From mozzarella sticks to bacon burgers; however, I should also note that Ive gotten sick after eating here more then once. Ive have noticed that this location has a lot of foot traffic from the hotel and houses in the area and therefore the wait time is slower than most drive-up areas and the staff doesnt have much people skills.

people that work there all need to be fired .. Rude and can careless about the customers ! I got a nasty attitude from one of the workers when I said something about them not using gloves , you can clearly see through the drive thru window that the person using the dyers are not and handling food without gloves is just disgusting ! Never again !!

Waiting 45 minutes for a simple order is absolutely ridiculous, especially when other people who came after us were receiving their food first. It wasnt even busy and the employees seemed to have no clue what they were doing. Honestly one of the worst experiences with fast food Ive ever had and Im not sure if Ill come back.

Hadnt planned on going back since the last time I went there about 3weeks ago when I received horrible service and waited over 30 minutes for two burgers, fries,and a soda, my Husband and I went today and because of the nice staff member that waited on us today, we will go back again

3rd time on my break I go up there its always slow ! They cant get my Order right they made me pull over for a spice chicken sandwich and I had to wait 25 minutes then when I got my food there was a hair the food is hard worst experience ever!!!!!
