The food was good the senor is okay. Now the host are below average the bartender reused her mixers without cleaning them. I sat at the bar the bartender took my order and immediately gave me my check she didnt ask if I wanted anything else even though I wanted cheesecake. Not once did she or anyone else ever come back and check on me i had to ask one of the managers for a togo box. I would totally understand if she was busy but I was myself as well as one other gentlemen at the bar with very few drinks orders coming in. I was at the establishment for approximately 45 minutes to an hour when it should have been 20 to 30 minutes. I hope you guys improve. Well wishes BWW

Do not eat go here, terrible service. Our group of 5 ordered wings and one burger. Order was placed promptly. We then waited about 30 minutes until our waitress told us that 4 of the orders were ready. Cassidy asked if she could bring out the orders that were ready and we agreed as we were hungry. So we ate as our friend waited for his food. We all finished eating as our friend waited for his food. Our friend decided that he would take his wings to go in a box. I wont be going back. After all that wait the food and drink wasnt that great. I suggest eating elsewhere.

Great place to watch live sports events with the family. Ordering to go by phone :p... youre better off dinning in. My husband works 75 miles from home. BWW is on his way home and almost EVERY TIME his order is devastatingly wrong. They recently hired a beer test attendant, I totally love her personality! Knows her beer, and what shes talking about. The staff changes too often, but so far are replace with competent replacements.Except for the bartender.

Food was great and the waitress was consistant at the begining and then she came back to get my check took my 100 dollar bill took our drink orders and then went to the next table set my money down started taking selfies and adding others guest on snapchat . i believe mandy was her name she was very un prefessional not only did she take my drink order once and forget to put it in but twice.. Smh i got tired of waiting for my drink so i left

went there last week & managers cut off our alcohol after 4 beers FYI our tab was at least $300in food..went there again next week and the manager decided to send us over waters instead of beers & all our server told us was that we would be able to drink again in another hour...not even a bar does this.. I will never be going to wild wings in Turlock again the place only because of the shitty service and mangers that are wayyy too concerned

First off this place takes forever to seat you down we wait over an hour to get seated, People come in and get seated with in 5 minutes when we been waiting for over an hour. Also after and hour of waiting we finally got seated but then to get our drinks they took about ten minutes then to serve our food it took another 50 minutes worst BWW also our waitress was Cassidy that gave us really bad attitude! Never coming again

The food was good but service was horrible, a couple that was seated 20 minutes after us got there food in ten mins ate and left about 20 to 30 mins after they left we where barely getting our food it,that all took about 2 hours as soon as we got our food we asked for forks the waiter said right away and came back fourth minutes later we where pist off and called the manager.

Slow service, most of the waitresses they have a angry way towards women customers. My boyfriend and I go there sometimes but we order to go often. Every time its always a problem. Order 20 min before get there still have to wait. Cold fries sometimes. And they can be lazy with the sauce so check your wings before you leave. May have to ask for extra sauce

Horrible! Called from red Robin cuz the wait there was 40 min & bww tells us there is no wait for our party of 11. So we drive across the street & low & behold theres a 15 min wait! So after our 25 minutes of waiting we finally get seated & then they forget to bring our appetizers. Thats enough for me to never go back again

Each time we eat here I have the same complaint the service is unacceptable, slow, unassertive, not friendly, oh and did I mention slow! The food is average and our kids food came out extremely HOT! That by the time we finished our plate their plate was still too hot to eat.

Service is always horrible. Very slow, they never bring what I ask. They never come back to check on the food or for refills. They didnt even have a nutrition menu which is just outrageous. Out of the 3 times Ive been there, youd think the team would get their act together.

This place could really use a computer terminal at each table. The wait staff must have better things to do than wait on customers. We waited 30 minutes, and no sign of the wait staff the busboys were busy though. We will not be back.

Service was pretty bad. The food was worse. Almost all the food is reheated. Thats the reason they cant make a medium or rare hamburger. Same goes for the wings. Just reheated from a bag. Sad they have lost a lot of quality.

Waited 45 minutes after ordering a bacon cheeseburger ketchup only, they brought a plain burger on bread. Sent it back and they just put bacon on it, no cheese or ketchup added. My fries were over done and cold.

Service was slow with an empty restaurant and they cut our table from getting alcohol at 11... Modesto BWW never does that. Rather drive the extra 15 min for better service.
