Ordered Garlic Knots pizza and 2 liter Pepsi at 5:58 estimated delivery time was 6:28... at 6:28 I got a phone call saying my card was declined and then they realized it wasnt... it took another 30 minutes to finally get my pizza. Opened up my pizza box when I got it inside and it was just a stuffed crust pizza not garlic Knots and they forgot my Pepsi. We called immediately to find out what happened, they did give us a credit and 45 minutes later I finally got my pop delivered. Not at all happy with this. Didnt even bother to tell me they had ran out of garlic Knots pizza and see what I wanted instead.

TEAM TILLAMOOK PIZZA HUT!!!!!!! I am so happy I gave Tillamook Pizza Hut a second chance, my pizza got here to us hot and and yummy the nice gentleman delivered it to us within a timely matter and im super stoked that I get to start ordering pizza from home again!!!! Thanks so much guys you ROCK!!!!!!! The only bad thing is there gonna get to much of my money now!!!!

We walked in and it was like a sauna, had to seat ourselves, got poisened unsweetened tea and the salad bar was lettuce with nasty tomatoes. It looked like a tornado came through, you cant tell if you are in Italy, Mexico, or your great grandmas house. The pizza box was supposed to have a cookie pizza in it, when we opened it, no cookie pizza. Awful service.

2 hour wait - cold product - 1/2a$$ apology. usually they take the tip and run the order , this time they ran it after I refused the order. No signature , no ok , plain fraud. poor driver was sent on 5 orders at once, no matter what someone was being shafted. just wish I could give less than 1 star

Forgot one of our pizzas. Forgot our order of bread sticks. Of the two pizzas we ordered they made the wrong one. Guy gave us about two minutes before he came to take our order. When we went to pay he was busy playing a game on his cellphone and didnt see us until we roughly cleared our throat.

My friend and I stopped here for lunch during a 100+ mile bike ride. It was about what I expected for a chain pizza place, but the combination pizza we ordered was very good and the ingredients in the salad bar were fresh. The service was very good.

I am disappointed, I wanted delivery but found out since I live in bay city they dont deliver here. Its a take out restaurant that offers delivery but yet only in that area. Bay city isnt that far we should be able to have delivery. Very disapointed.

Despite reading some of the not so hot reviews we still decided to give it a try and had a good experience...Good service when needed, fresh salad bar, good pizza and waited about 10-15 minutes as to be expected..will be back.

I got so sick from the pizza, i called and let the manager know and he said he will go around and check temperature. The place could use a deep cleaning. The pizza was good the first time but not the second!

The food was awesome! Came in with a group and the server was the only one on the floor, but he did amazing. Kept up with our orders while seating a birage of people. Plus the pizza is always to die for!
