You do not even deserve one star but I had to give one to show that I hated your service. I Love ledos pizza and I enjoy it more than once a week every week. My business orders from you regularly and I have never received the poor quality of food and customer service as I did today. When I received my pizza I asked to speak with the manager Kelsey Perry to let him know that I was unhappy with the food. He was extremely rude and refused to take the pizza back and did not offer me a refund or try to compensate me at all what so ever. I will not be bringing them any business and will tell everyone I know to stay away from ledos in charlotte hall. I am appalled by the way you treat your customers and you will never be successful in life business or anything if you do not learn how to take care of and treat people. You my friend have a lot to learn from ledos in prince Frederick.

So been here plenty of times. Food is typically good and service is hit and miss. Seems to be if you come in the early afternoon or when they first open up its typically good. Come closer to closing and it seems to be service goes down hill. Maybe its because day is almost over I dont know. We were only one of 6 tables (Which all but one already had food when we got there) other then that just your average ledos

I went Ledo Pizza for take-out. The young lady who was taking the orders was very rude. She gave an attitude that she did not want to serve me. I came back to get my food she slams my order on the counter. I will never go back to this restaurant.

My chicken tenders and waffle fries with bbq sauce were delicious. Our order was taken quickly and we didnt have to wait long for our food. The table was clean, and the server was friendly and attentive. I also love their gluten-free pizza.

The staff was great. We had a small birthday party here for my nephew. The staff was very helpful. They put in a back area so the little ones could run around and not interfere with the rest of the people eating.

Great pizza. Pepperoni a little greasy but its got a distinctive style about it and the crust is off the hook. service is always good if a little down homey, but thats all fine. great place to eat.

Ordered a steak and cheese and pizza to go today. I really liked the sandwich, packed with meat and packaged nicely in a box. Pizza was very good. Thanks for a nice meal!
