Overall was nice for lunch. Positives 1. Place was rather crowded for lunch which is usually a strong positive considering alternatives available. 2. Food quality and quantity was good for lunch. 3. Kung Lao Chicken actually had some spice to it. Too often restaurants make this dish bland. Negatives 1. Initial recognition and seating rather slow 2. Food service seemed slower than it should, however this is not a buffet so orders are likely prepared fresh. 3. Full menu including dinner portions and options was not made available.

We are the Nation of Domination....Nation...of Domination.... We put disgrace in your face..... Nation.... of Domination. Rocky Miavia with a viscous running Lariot on Hacksaw Jim Duggan who didnt even have a chance to defend himself due to the unfair tactics from Farooq distracting Hacksaw by insulting the great american flag.. The food here is very good, i enjoy shrip lo-mein. big shrimp lots of shrimp.

I love everything I eat here. The large house special fried rice has been my take out favorite for 30 years. The side order egg rolls are huge, kung po chicken is awesome, spicy, general tso chicken deelish, orange chicken, sweet sour pork, all excellent. For non buffet Chinese food, its the only place Ill go. No sweet tea, you have to add your own sugar, but thats a minor inconvenience.

The food is acceptable (not great but acceptable). However the customer service is indeed lacking. Whats interesting is the staff never seem to care. Theres far too many restaurants with far better food and service, to waste my hard earned $ on such a place as this. They probably read these comments (good or bad) and laugh all the way to the bank. Too bad they wont have my dollar.

THE BEST EGG ROLLS EVER! This place is always packed with take out. We love dining in, The service is great! Its a small quaint place! We have been eating there for 6 yrs. My hubby loves the twice cooked pork , the seafood delight, and salty spicy shrimp. I always get the General Tsos chicken!!! My favorite Chinese food place....try it once and you will be hooked!

I ate at this restaurant yesterday and at the end of my tea i saw a roach fall out of my tea pot. When I called the waitress over to tell her all she had to say is, "You want me to fix you another pot". I told her no and that I am done here. She still charged us but not for the teas like that happens all the time. Stay away from here.

The food was good, but the day we went the lights went out before our food came. Luckily they cook with gas, so they could still serve food, but you had to use cash or check to pay. We ate in a darkened dining room, but it was still light outside.

I really love this place ! I have never had a problem with the food there , not even with the service. Its a good place to go to and sit down and relax yourself and eat some good food. I would recommend this restaurant to my family and friends.

Bad customer service... But good food, just people please.... PLEASE learn to park!!! Also as of 9/19/2015 I have found a dinner band in my food Ill never eat here again you lost my money and a customer that has been eating there for years.

The staff is very helpful and personable. The food is perfect I cannot wait to come to the Great China restaurant every time I come into town! I just wish they would deliver to Lake Sam Rayburn LOL!!! Couldnt ask for better Chinese food!

I was not impressed, I heard a lot of great things about this resteraunt, however, my food was servered a little colder than I liked. Half way through the dish I found a rubber band on a piece a chicken that ruined my meal and appitite.

Very good food I eat there a few times each month dine-in and carry out. The food is good the only problem I have ever had is fried wonton is way over cooked. The shrimp with lobster sauce is to die for. Good food at a great Price.

This by far is the best Chinese food in Beaumont and maybe even in Southeast Texas. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. And the staff and even the owner go above and beyond to be friendly to everyone that walks in the door.

The food here is generally pretty good but lately the house an shrimp fried rice taste burnt and rushed. When a certain owner is there the food is great when the other guy(taller one) is there the food is horrible sometimes.

Very disappointing take out experience! Food watery, lacking flavor. Fried wontons I was told were freshly made were too hard in the center to chew. Gravy for egg dish was separated, lumpy, almost paste-like, flavorless.

Overall this is a family friendly restaurant. It is very expensive and the service is slow. The grilled seafood is fresh. The fried fish is spicy. Any of the platters can be split between two people.
