I placed an order for delivery, and was told 40-45 mins. Did not get it for 1hr and 5 mins. Im mainly ok with that, but... We received stale chili cheese fries. Our order of lg sweet potato fries were soggy, and barely got a small. Bun on one burger was so hard I couldnt eat it. When called, and they offered to just give us an order of sweet potato fries... Or they would give us our money back if we dug what was left of the order out of the trash. This was only the 4th time we have ordered from this location, and we have not had such bad service from them in the past, but I will never go to this location again.

2/2017 update: Now that they do not deliver anymore, we do not eat there and I miss It noooooo helpppp! Lol. We have been ordering from the one on Buckingham and in Sachse for years now. We love them because they serve real beef, hand pressed patties that are not frozen. Order without the lettuce and you can taste the goodness. Just had them last night btw..lol. Plus our delivery driver is always so nice. I love love their fries too.

There was an Asian lady I can only assume was a supervisor and while there she was extremely rude and disrespectful to one of her employees. I felt bad watching this to think that teenager was being yelled at for doing her job. I refuse to go back and I suggest others dont go either. This made a horrible impression on this place. Food was cold even though it was supposed to be hot. I seriously will not return and tell everyone I know.

Poor customer service, they forget parts of the order when they deliver and feel as though you should not complain about things like that, food is only good 50 percent of the time, I got an incorrect order last night and they felt as though replacing it was too much. I would much rather go down the street to Wing City where the service is PHENOMENAL. Ill never patronize this poor establishment again.

If anyone is looking for employment here please dont the owner of this place is really greedy and disrespectful I only lasted a month there and it was because he didnt pay my 8 hours of overtime and hes a big liar. The food is terrible here and there is a bunch of crickets there which is unsanitary and disgusting

Veggie burgers are bomb. Great burger. A little pricey but the quality of that huge burger is great. Its all like super-sized. Not for the faint of stomach. If you want to EAT come here. They dont give you punk salads and dainty sad excuses of a sandwich that they disguised as burgers. This is for big eaters.

This place is to die for. Their burgers are amazing, and they have the best onion rings! Chris is always on it, and so is the dude with long hair, and the cook with glasses always knows what I order. Their portions are very generous, and the seasoning they use on their fries is waaay better than StingWop.

Burger Island is one of the top burger places in my book. Oh yeah, and they have Tatter Tots! Consistent menu items and good old fashioned burgers, dont forget the Tatter tots! This location seemed well maintained and clean. May actually be my favorite location in the area.

I like them a lot. I order crispy fries and I always pick up. No way things wont be cold and soggy if you wait for delivery. Been there close to a dozen times - dine in and take out - over two to three years.

This was the smallest burger I have EVER gotten from Burger island I have visited 2 other locations Richardson and mesquite they are truly no stingy with their burgers. I recommend those locations over this one
