Edited to cover 2 visits: Today was my first time in. Customer service was excellent. They were helpful and friendly and explained my options. I actually was given the choice of medium well, medium, or well done which surprised me because I have never had that option in a burger place. The burger was super thick and cooked and prepared as I asked and had a good grilled -type flavor. The fries were excellent. Thicker than fast food ones and not greasy. I ordered the package and Im reducing stars because it wasnt until I got home and started drinking my tea from their machine that I discovered that their button for UNSWEETENED tea is NOT unsweetened...it is sweet tea. I have diabetes and never drink sweet tea and my blood sugar shot way up after drinking it. Ammendment to my first review after I just had visit #2: I dropped in tonight to pick up dinner to take home. There were only 2 other customers before me. The woman at the register looked apathetic and never smiled or looked at me pleasantly once...actually she basically looked like she just didnt want to be there. I ordered their monthly special: a salmon blt and onion rings. Subtotal: $18 and change! Holy moses! Granted the onion rings are REALLY thick and very good and the salmon burger was like 5" thick with lettuce tomato and bacon on it and real good salmon. The food is good but the prices and apathetic service are enough to question returning...

I like that they offer some options for vegetarians in a "burger joint." They have a vegetable burger and getting the boxed lunch combo is a nice deal. Otherwise, youd spend +$10. But, I ordered the vegetable burger boxed lunch for $8.95 and it came with fries and a drink. Not bad. The staff isnt very friendly or helpful. They are there doing a job, thats all. I dont know that there is a manager there overseeing the operation or what type of training is offered. Could use improvement. I like atmosphere and to enjoy where I go to eat. This is kinda cold. Unfortunately for me, the cooks or food prep staff must have cross-contaminated my meal with meat because I became violently ill later that day. It was a miserable two days recovering from this visit. Here again, better training for the food crew about food & hygiene could have avoided this. I dont think Ill visit again because I cant risk going through that evil again. Too bad. This could have been a nice option.

I am usually against reviewing places that are new for obvious reasons but looking at the reviews for their other locations I felt OK with it. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Breast "Spiced Up" in a lettuce wrap. What I received was a small sized lukewarm tasteless chicken breast, 4 grilled jalapeno slices, slice of pepper jack and a sauce with a piece of lettuce laid on top. Just laid on top, not wrapped. The price was very high, $12.... yeah, for a small piece of chicken breast. I ended up eating it with a fork since you couldnt eat it like it was purchased. I tried it, end of story. Maybe itll get better, but as I said earlier, other locations reviews speak for themselves.

I had the Greek Burger which was a lamb patty with gyro fixings. Very good. The burger was tasty and not all greasy. It was a bit expensive, but it was a premium burger and I felt it was worth it. Ill have to try a regular burger there, but that Greek one was so good Im not sure Ill get around to it. Fries were good but not great. They have a Gold Peak Iced Tea machine which I really hate. Please just get real, fresh-brewed iced tea! Gold Peak is holding you back from 5 stars! For the extra buck or two I would go here over Five Guys because the burger is better, but I would miss those fries (and they both have Gold Peak so a wash there).

We took a few minutes to look at the menu when we first arrived, we had the time because there wasnt anyone else around. We werent greeted or welcomed, the person at the register stared at us blankly. It then took quite some time to place our order, three people were at the register attempting to get it in correctly and shockingly, even after stating it multiple times we still somehow managed to be missing food. There were only three of us. We also were asked exactly how done we wanted our burgers and they all came out very very well done. The ingredients seemed like they were fresh but I feel the staff could us some improvement.

Ordered The Wellington signature burger - patty supposedly topped with carmelized onions, mushrooms, truffles and blue cheese crumbles. What came out was a bun, a patty, and what looked like a glob of brown slop. I knew with one bite, it would be a bad night. I asked for a replacement burger with cheese, lettuce and tomato. It ended up tasty, but decidedly nothing special. Way overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend and will not go back.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger to go, ended up like many others not getting what I ordered. No bacon, which was an up charge. Talk about making money by charging and not providing the whole order. The burger it self was solid, nothing special and I wouldnt go out of my way for it again. For the price the amount of food seemed fair and the fries are actually good only reason for two stars. Overall a sub par experience.

The burgers are solid, though no matter how I ask for them to be cooked they always come out well-done. For the price it should really include fries. The milkshakes are nothing to write home about. Everything is made to order, but it still takes a while - if its busy, itll be 15 minutes from the time you walk in until you get your food. Everything is a step above fast food, but way overpriced.

First time comming and last. Burger had lots of grissle inside the woman behind the counter opened a long drawer that had all the meat patties and cheese stacked on top of eachother. The parmesean and garlic fries tasted horrible Ive never been so disapointed ever. Go to mission bbq next door DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! We paid $31 for two meals and it was definitely not worth the money

I cant think of any reason to deduct a star! This place never disappoints. Yes, it is more expensive than a quick trip to Macburger and it takes longer to get your food, but that gives you a chance to check your emails and Tweet about your Burger Joint happiness. I had a bacon buffalo bleu burger and it was everything I hoped for. Fries are awesome. Highly recommend.

On first (and probably last) visit: Ordered a burger medium (pink in the middle). Burger arrived well done (brown throughout), dry and tasteless. Bit twice into gristle. French fries--from a freezer bag. If youre gonna serve fries, do them right: hand cut or dont bother. Im a member of the clean plate club. At BGR I left part of the burger and most of the fries.

The only restaurant Ive been to in the US that uses only the finest quality ingredients! This is not an expensive place for what youre getting. Its not fast-food so enjoy the perfection! This establishment is eons beyond grease factories like 5 Guys. The only thing that competes in my opinion is homemade from scratch by a pro.
