I visited on 08/02/2015 with my family, sunday after watching ad in jadoo tv, but let me tell you something this restaurant is way overpriced with a low standard quality food, me and family got the weekend buffet which is $15.99 which is way overpriced for buffet has no BBQ item, when I saw the rice it was all dry and dark in color all food look old and oilly its means not freash for buffet cost $15.99 per person, first of all when we enter in the restaurant I saw the onwer or manager with no smile or hello we were almost 4 people which is almost $60 after low standerd food with way overpriced. All the good review are fake or may be from owner friends or family, in the same area there are some good and famous restaurant only charged $9.99 to $11.99 for weekend buffet with aleast 2 BBQ item. After we done eating we go to the Mall for shopping for back to school, everybody was not feeling well and felt sick to stomach then we have to rush home, today we all feel sick with upset stomach......go to this restaurant at your own risk if you want to spend on tasteless and low quality food.......

I have been coming here for 6 months. Food is good on and off. I sometimes take out only 1 or 2 a month. So yesterday I Ordered food from menu. I was hungry I wanted to eat and get on my way. But the owner on the register had an itch to test me. I was almost ready to sleep and I just wanted a bite of food. He wanted to take advantage but I caught the crook in the act. I ordered and he told me my total was 23.75 I asked why when I order only #8 $15.99 and a drink @ $1.85. Crook starts to try the joking side and how I should try the Karahi because its so good. I tell him seriously why so much. He looks at me and tells me Your worried about money no no "big shot" you are young and health and you get good meal. He didnt even flinch when I caught him trying to over charge me. Thats how you know hes experienced. This guys defiantly the kabob nazi. I ended up going to Arbys across the street. Take that kabob nazi!!

Sunday December 18 about 745pm I ordered 3 buffet and 2 regular menu items. After eating the food I ask for carry out box and plastic bag for my regular menu order left over. We were told by the most ignorant manager on duty. That we were not allowed to take our left over good with us. I repeatedly explained to the most ignorant manager on duty, we have paid for the food and I have the right to take left over. But this stuberned manager insisted we have to trash our left our food because its a rule. I dont know who made that rule but the owner need to address this issue ASAP. I drove 40 miles from Leesburg VA to check out this place and I had the most awful and awkward experience at the end. I will not suggest anybody to come here for because of the worst customer service provided by the ignorant manager.

Please dont pay attention to these bad reviews I just noticed. I ask you to read my entire review. I truly believe someone is trying to hurt this restaurant reputation by leaving horrible reviews. Even you can notice similarities and timing of those reviews. I have been to this place over 60 times and never once had any bad experience. One of the cleanest Pakistani restaurant there is in DC area. Food is always fresh and tasty. Try their Kabob, Karahi, Butter chicken or Nihari and you wont be disappointed. Nice staff and professional owner. Always spending money on to improve the place. Which shows how much he loves his customers and restaurant. Always over the top clean.

Pros: Nice restaurant, clean atmosphere. Cons: The food. The food was horrendous. After eating at many middle eastern restaurants over the years, this has to be at the bottom of my list. The food is rather dry, and unflavorful The owner is a very unwelcoming man. I bought a buffet, and even though I had purchased it so I could try anything, I would get nasty looks from the owner every time I got up to get seconds. Not to mention, the day I went to his restaurant, he cursed out a family - kicking them out and accusing them of stealing food from the buffet. He swore in front of my children, and has no self respect. DEFINITELY not coming here again.

We hosted a party there, and it was terrible. The owner (Mr.Qudus) is a crook. Prior to the several meetings we never heard of a contract. While the guests were arriving he forced us to sign a contract. He said we either had to sign the contract or he wouldnt serve food. Not only did he serve the food late, but he took the food early. Half of the guests were still eating. He also served the desert after most people had already left. To make it worse the food was served cold, was overpriced, charged infants same as adults, and charged based on chairs not by people. Never host a party there.

A wonderful, authentic Middle Eastern restaurant, located next to the Grand Mart plaza. Royal Palace Kabob is one of my favorites, in which they offer daily lunch specials, kabobs, curries, and soups/salads. They recently renovated with a banquet room in the back for events and party get-togethers. I highly recommend their Chicken Karahi - enough to share between two people, this dish has chunks of bone-in and boneless juicy chicken in a thick savory spice-ridden sauce. The naan bread is always freshly-made, and the staff here are wonderful and friendly!

NOTE: This review is based on the current owner, the old one was much better. I paid for 5 orders for my family and I and we sat down as they cook. We waited for an hour and I wondered why our ordered hasnt come yet. So I asked them and they said "they never got out order" and made some other excuse. I was frustrated as I have been coming here for a few years and this has happened. I dont plan on coming here anymore because of how they didnt get me my food and lied about never getting me it EVEN THOUGH I GAVE THEM MY MONEY and told them the order.

If I could have seen reviews earlier... I ordered carry out. Plastic bowl for food had a big 2 inch radius hole food oozing out of it. Surprised caterer didnt notice. Ordered Chicken Kadai for 2, price was high but we ordered as they had no other option for two people to order different chicken dishes. The guy on ph was rugged in communication. Food had only bones no pieces with flesh at all. We felt when they take off all pieces of flesh for kabobs what is left was in out plate. We thought we were ripped off. Taste was so-so.
