I am sad to post this review because I try to support all food businesses within the community. I tried this restaurant for the first time today and being disappointed with my order is an understatement! I ordered delivery from grub hub and the only positive thing that I can say about my food experience from this restaurant is that the delivery was on time. But the delivery man was very rude and forced me to come outside to pick up my food because he said he wasnt getting out of the car according to him, which he then abruptly hung up the phone in my face. Being that I purchased and paid for my order on my credit card I obliged. I then walked two houses down the street and obtain my food that was completely spilled in the bag with sauce everywhere and the driver then tells me "thats how they sent it", no cash tip for you buddy!!! As for the food, I wish that could receive my money back to the fullest extent, the amount of tasteless food was not worth the money and was not exactly what I ordered! I had the pleasure of living amongst my sons haitian family for 10 years and experiencing good, authentic, and quality haitian food and trust me this is not it!!! I ordered a medium legume dinner, a medium griot dinner(fried pork), and a small griot dinner with black rice (Jon jon). What came with my order was not worth the $28 almost $30 I paid for my meal. The griot was slim to none and dried out, old, and overcooked on both plates and I received a scoop of over cooked and old legume filled rice plate!! Such a waste of time and a disappointment, everyone was dissatisfied with the disgusting food!!!

first time coming here and the young man behind the counter was very polite and patient. The rice and bean was good, spicy but flavorful I also order fried goat which was very well seasoned. Overall I would recommend this place for sure not doubt about it. It is a clean and spacious place, they will fry the food for you right then and there vs giving you meat/plantains thats been fried an hour or two before. Fresh food I must admit and my plate I felt was a tad bit over price but overall the menu looked affordable and reasonable.

It was my first experience with this restaurant, I ordered catering service for a small family gathering and I was not disappointed! Everything was excellent from: food, taste, presentation, timing and pricing. I would definitely recommend their food and services to others.

I like the varieties of food offers by Natif Natal restaurant. The food is great, delicious and not expensive. Customer can place the order to pick it up later or for delivery. On top of it, the staff is loyal and devoted to serve you. I like Natif Natal restaurant.

Hidden gem. Superb customer service, friendly employees even with delivery personnel The food has favor, and the plates are presentable. Definitely a return customer, and also my friends first time eating Haitian food were impressed. Keep up the Awesome work!!!!
